| Objective: Based on the theoretical guidance of Network Pharmacology,analyze the mechanism of Yinchen Chixiaodou Decoction in the treatment of Deep Vein Thrombosis from the perspective of molecular network and signaling pathway.Methods:(1)Use Traditional Chinese Medicine Systems Pharmacology Database and Analysis Platform to screen out the active ingredients and target proteins of Yinchenchen Chixiaodou Decoction.(2)Retrieving the target of Deep Vein Thrombosis from the Gene Card database and OMIM database.(3)Constructing Chinese medicine compound recombination network and protein interaction network of Yinchenchen Chixiaodou Decoction acting on deep vein thrombosis,and screen out the core effective components and targets in the network.(4)The enrichment of the key targets and the main enrichment signal pathways were analyzed to predict the mechanism of the treatment of Deep Vein Thrombosis with Yinchenchen Chixiaodou DecoctionResults: From the database,233 active ingredients of Yinchen Chixiaodou Decoction were finally screened,and 1,291 target genes for Deep Vein Thrombosis,including 119 targets that may play a key role,were enriched to obtain 162 signal pathwaysConclusion:(1)Yinchen Chixiaodou Decoction may act on Deep Vein Thrombosis through AGE-RAGE signaling pathway,IL-17 signaling pathway,TNF signaling pathway,HIF-1 signaling pathway,C-type lectin receptor signaling pathway,and Alternin signaling pathway.(2)In the treatment of Deep Vein Thrombosis,Yincheng Chixiaodou Decoction may play a therapeutic role by inhibiting platelet aggregation,reducing inflammation and relaxing blood vessels. |
