Objective:To investigate the status and influencing factors of dysmenorrhea in female college students of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine through an epidemiological survey of dysmenorrhea in Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Provide reference basis.Screening female college students who meet the inclusion criteria to exercise Yi Jin Jing,observe the clinical efficacy of Yi Jin Jing to relieve the symptoms of dysmenorrhea,and provide experience for the treatment of dysmenorrhea by Chinese Medicine Guidance.Methods:A unified self-made questionnaire was used to conduct a sample survey on female college students in Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.A total of 587 questionnaires were collected,of which 25 questionnaires were invalid and 562 valid questionnaires.SPSS 26.0 was used for statistical analysis to analyze the dysmenorrhea status and influencing factors of female college students of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.In addition,52 female college students who met the inclusion criteria were selected and divided into two groups:the experimental group and the control group,with 26 people in each group.The test group had 2 months of menstrual Yi Jin Jing and menstruation oral Ibuprofen Sustained Release Capsules,while the control group only menstruated oral Ibuprofen Sustained Release Capsules.The girls in the experimental group and control group maintained their original learning and lifestyle.After 2 menstrual cycles,the dysmenorrhea score was compared between the two groups before and after the test.Results:1.Of the 562 female college students who participated in the survey,383 had dysmenorrhea.The incidence of dysmenorrhea was 68.1%,31.1%of girls had occasional dysmenorrhea(the number of dysmenorrhea was less than 6 times in one year),and 17.8%of girls had frequent dysmenorrhea(one year the number of moderate dysmenorrhea was more than 6 times),19.2%of the girls had dysmenorrhea almost every time;17.5%of the dysmenorrhea patients had mild dysmenorrhea,62.7%had moderate dysmenorrhea,and 19.8%had severe dysmenorrhea.The nature of dysmenorrhea is mostly hidden pain,falling pain,cold pain,bloating pain,colic,etc.;menstrual symptoms accompanied by lumbago,fatigue,irritability,breast tenderness,chills,diarrhea are more common.Analysis of influencing factors of dysmenorrhea found that:BMI,menstrual diet habits,menstrual exercise habits,emotions,spicy diets,diet likes and colds,sleep habits,genetic factors,drinking history,sexual life are related to dysmenorrhea,while menarche age,exercise habits,Smoking history,maternal history have no correlation with dysmenorrhea.2.After treatment,the dysmenorrhea score of the control group changed from 12.71±2.13 to 9.37±2.29,while the test group decreased from 12.50±2.64 before exercise to 7.42±3.42.The dysmenorrhea score of the control group and the test group changed significantly(P<0.01),the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);the dysmenorrhea degree of 14 people in the control group decreased,the dysmenorrhea degree of 23 people in the test group decreased,and the difference between the control group and the test group was statistically significant(P<0.01),the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total effective rate of the control group to relieve dysmenorrhea symptoms was 65.4%,the total effective rate of the experimental group was 92.3%,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);The total effective rate of the experimental group in relieving moderate dysmenorrhea was 100.0%,and the total effective rate in relieving severe dysmenorrhea was 80.0%.There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:BMI,menstrual diet habits,menstrual exercise habits,emotions,spicy diets,diet likes and colds,sleep habits,genetic factors,drinking history,sexual life are influencing factors for dysmenorrhea.The effect of "Yi Jin Jing+Ibuprofen Sustained Release Capsules" on dysmenorrhea symptoms is significantly better than that of "Ibuprofen Sustained Release Capsules",the combined application of Yi Jin Jing and Fen Bide can effectively improve Primary Dysmenorrhea,and it has a good relief effect on moderate and severe dysmenorrhea.
