| Objective:To study Pinggan Hewei formula combined with external treatment to press the needle to treat hyperemesis gravidarum with disharmony of liver and stomach.By observing the clinical effect,to explore the mechanism of the treatment of the disease,to find a simple and effective method and effective way for clinical treatment of the disease,and to open up a new way with the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:90 cases of hyperemesis gravidarum with disharmony of liver and stomach were randomly divided into experimental group,control group 1 and control group 2,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with liquid alone,while the control group was treated with liquid+traditional Chinese medicine Pinggan and Weifang orally,while the experimental group was treated with liquid+traditional Chinese medicine+press acupuncture.The improvement of clinical symptoms,the change of TCM syndrome score,the improvement of laboratory indexes,and the treatment time of three groups were compared before,after and among the three groupsResults:The three schemes were effective in the treatment of hyperemesis gravidarum.After treatment,there were statistically significant differences in the therapeutic effect of TCM syndrome,TCM syndrome score,negative conversion rate of urine ketone body and treatment course among the three groups(P<0.05).After treatment,there were significant differences among the three groups in the therapeutic effect,the total score,the main score and the course of treatment.During the treatment,there were no allergic reactions in the three groupsConclusion:Pingganhewei formula combined with pressing needle can effectively reduce the clinical symptoms,the frequency of vomiting,the treatment time,internal and external treatment,and highlight the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine. |
