Clinical Study Of Acupuncture Combined With Auricular Acupoint Press Acupuncture In Treatment Of Pregnancy Dysplasia Of Disharmonious Liver And Stomach

Objective:Through the analysis and safety observation of the clinical efficacy of patients with hepatogastric discord type malignant obstruction of pregnancy,the effects of acupuncture combined with ear acupoint needle application on improving TCM symptoms,shortening the time of stopping vomiting,improving urinary ketone body conversion and PUQE scale points were evaluated,which provided a strong basis for exploring effective methods for clinical treatment of hepatogastric discord pregnancy obstruction.Method:A total of 72 patients with hepatogastric discord hyperemesis gravidarumum(HG)were selected,and the random number table was evenly divided into experimental group and control group,with 36 cases in each group.The control group used resorcinol and vitamin B6 injection,and the experimental group used resorcinol,vitamin B6 injection +acupuncture combined with ear acupuncture.The improvement of clinical symptoms,PUQE scale scores,TCM syndrome scores,urinary ketone body conversion and total clinical effective rate were compared of pre and post treatment between the two groups,and the clinical effectiveness was assessed through statistical analysis..Result:1.The study subjects were compared with the control group in terms of age,disease duration,pre-treatment PUQE score,TCM evidence score,and the negative rate of urinary ketone bodies,etc.The statistical differences between the two groups were found to be not significant(P>0.05),and there was some comparability.2.Comparison of the overall efficacy of the two regimens after treatment: the effective rate of the test group was 94.12%;while the treatment effect of the control group was 76.47%,and there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).3.Comparison of TCM evidence points after treatment between the two program groups: both treatment methods could reduce the TCM symptoms of patients,with statistically significant differences(P=0.000<0.05);comparison after treatment: the experimental group was better than the control group in reducing the TCM clinical symptoms,with statistically significant differences(P=0.001<0.05).4.Comparison of PUQE scores after treatment between the two program groups: both treatment modalities improved patients’ nausea and vomiting symptoms,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);post-treatment comparison: the experimental group was significantly better than the control group in relieving patients’ various symptoms related to nausea and vomiting,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).5.Comparison of urinary ketone body level after treatment between the two groups:both treatment methods could improve urinary ketone body level,in which the conversion rate was 85.29% in the test group and 47.05% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);comparison after treatment: the test group was significantly better than the control group in improving urinary ketone body level,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).6.No significant adverse reactions occurred in both groups.Conclusion:1.Acupuncture combined with auricular acupuncture can significantly shorten the vomiting time and related clinical symptoms of patients with disordered pregnancy-induced obstruction of liver and stomach.2.Acupuncture combined with auricular acupuncture can improve the TCM syndrome score of patients with disharmony between liver and stomach.3.Acupuncture combined with auricular acupuncture can effectively improve the negative conversion of urine ketone bodies in patients with hepato-stomach disharmonious pregnancy obstruction.4.Acupuncture combined with auricular acupuncture has fewer side effects,is more safe and effective,and is worthy of clinical application.
