Observation On The Therapeutic Effect Of Xin Shang Dipsacus Decoction On Recovery Of Intertrochanteric Fracture After PFNA

Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of Xin Shang Dipsacus Decoction on the recovery of intertrochanteric fractures after PFNA surgery combined with Xin Shang Dipsacus Decoction for the pain of the affected limb,fracture healing,and hip function.Methods:The patients who were admitted to our hospital from April 2018to January 2020 and used PFNA internal fixation to treat intertrochanteric fractures were selected for study.A total of 70 patients who were willing to participate in the study protocol and cooperated with follow-up were arranged according to the order of admission.They were randomly divided into two groups.The two groups of patients adopted daily treatment measures in the orthopedics department,and the treatment group was treated with Xin Shang Dipsacus Decoction on the basis of routine diagnosis and treatment for 4-6weeks.Use SPSS22.0 software for statistical analysis.The VAS pain score,lower limb function recovery,fracture healing rate and Harris efficacy score of the two groups of patients were recorded,and these results were statistically analyzed to draw conclusions.Results:Follow up all cases regularly:1.Among them,there are 26 men and 44 women.All study subjects were(70.80±6.42)years old,with the oldest being 84 years old and the youngest being 61 years old.In all cases,there were 37 patients with the affected area on the left hip and 33 with the affected area on the right hip.After statistical analysis,the data of the two groups of patients in gender,age,and affected parts were tested,and the P value was greater than 0.05,and the difference was not statistically significant.2.The Harris score of hip joints was performed before operation in both groups,with a P value of 0.314,which was not statistically significant.The P values in January,February,and March were all less than 0.05,which was statistically significant.3.The pain scores of the two groups of patients were analyzed and tested.The P value on the first postoperative day was 0.834,which was not statistically significant.The P values of the two groups were less than 0.05at 1 week and 2 weeks after the operation,which was statistically significant.4.Three months after surgery,the excellent and good rate of the Harris score of the two groups was counted:X~2=4.158,P value was less than 0.05,which was statistically significant.5.The statistical analysis of the postoperative fracture healing rate of the two groups of patients.The statistics of the fracture healing of the two groups after the first month and the second month of the two groups showed that P>0.05,there was no statistical significance.In the third month after operation,the fracture healing rate of the two groups was compared and tested,P=0.041,P<0.05,which was statistically significant.Conclusion:Treatment of intertrochanteric fracture patients with PFNA combined with Xin Shang Dipsacus Decoction can improve postoperative pain,promote fracture healing,improve postoperative hip joint function,and have a good prognosis.It is worthy of clinical application.
