| Objecti ve:By observing the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)infertility with kidney deficiency and phlegm and blood stasis by Wenbaoyin combined with Danggui Shaoyao San to add and subtr act,objective the evaluation of its efficacy,providing a basis for the clinical treat ment of traditional Chinese medicineMethods:70 patients with PCOS infertility caused by kidney deficiency and phlegm and blood stasis were selected and randomly divided i nto control group and obser vation group according to random number table method.There were 35 cases in control group and 33 cases in observation group.The control group was treated with clomiphene.On the basis of control group,the observation group was treated with Wenbaoyin combined with Danggui Shaoyao San for 3 menstrual cycles.Pregnancy,ovulation,clinical symptoms,sex hormone levels,endometrial thickness,ovarian volume and BMI levels of the two groups of patients before and after treatment were observed and r ecorded.SPSS20.0 was used to calculate the data of the two groups,and the relevant indicators before and after treatment were statistically analyzedResults1.Comparison of clinical comprehensive efficacy:the comprehensive efficacy rate of the observation group was 84.85%,and that of the control group was 74.29%.The observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05)2.Comparison of pregnancy rate and ovulation rate:the pregnancy rate of observation group was 57.58%,the abortion rate was 5.24%,the pregnancy rate of control group was 31.43%,the abortion rate was 36.36%,the pregnancy rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group,the abortion rate was significantly lower than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the ovulation rate of observation group was 81.93%,the control group was 69.57%,the ovulation rate of two groups was significantly different(P<0.05)3.Comparison of sex hormone levels:There was no significant difference in FSH levels between the two groups before and after treatment,and there was no statistical significance(P>0.05);after treatment,the LH/FSH value of the observation group was significantly decreased,and E2 was significantly increased,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in LH and T(P>0.05).Intra-group comparison showed that before and after treatment,LH,T,LH/FSH in the observation group were significantly lower,E2 was significantly higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);before and after treatment,LH in the control group was significantly lower(P<0.05),E2,T,LH/FSH levels were not significantly changed(P>0.05),there was no statistical significance4.Comparison of endometrial thickness:the endometrial thickness was measured on the day of HCG injection in both groups.The increase of endometrial thickness in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was significant with statistical significance(P<0.05)5.Comparison of TCM syndrome scores:The scores of TCM symptoms in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group 6.Comparison of ovarian volume and BMI level:there was no significant difference in ovarian volume and BMI level between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05),but the BMI of the observation group significantly decreased before and after treatment(P<0.05).Conclus ion:The clinical effect of wenyouyin combined with Dangguishaoyaosan plus clomiphene in the treatment of PCOS infertility of kidney deficiency and phlegm stasis type is significantly better than that of CC alone.On the one hand,it can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine during the period of taking medicine;on the other hand,it can regulate the internal secretion of the body by reducing the levels of serum LH,T and LH/FSH,so as to balance the level of sexual hormones,reduce the level of BMI of patients,increase the thickness of endometrium,and then improve the ovulation rate,increase the pregnancy rate and reduce the abortion rate... |
