Clinical Study Of Modified Danggui Shaoyao Powder On Minimally Invasive Postoperative Intervention Of Hydrosalpinx Infertility

Objective: To observe the hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy in infertility patients with hydrosalpinx infertility,the clinical curative effect of take modified danggui shaoyao powder,to investigate the clinical effect of modified danggui shaoyao powder on infertility caused by hydrosalpinx treated by hysteroscopy and laparoscopy combined with postoperative intervention,and verify the traditional Chinese medicine theory that blood is bad for water,to provide clinical basis for the further popularization of the therapy.Methods: From November 2020 to September 2021,76 patients with hydrosalpinx infertility in Shandong First Medical University Provincial Hospital were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups,treatment group and control group according to random number table method,with 38 cases in each group.The two groups were treated with hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy.The treatment group was treated with modified danggui shaoyao powder orally after surgery,and the control group looked forward to treatment.After 6 menstrual cycles,the pregnancy rate,the relationship between fallopian tube score and pregnancy,the recurrence rate of hydrocephalus in non-pregnant women,TCM syndrome score and other efficacy indicators were followed up for statistical analysis.Results:1.Comparison of pregnancy between the two groups: 6 menstrual cycles after surgery,there was no shedding in both groups,38 cases in each group,and20 cases in the treatment group,with a total pregnancy rate of 52.63%,including intrauterine pregnancy rate of 50.00% and ectopic pregnancy rate of 2.63%.In the control group,the total pregnancy rate was 28.94%,including intrauterine pregnancy rate was 23.68%,ectopic pregnancy rate was5.26%.In terms of total pregnancy rate and intrauterine pregnancy rate,the treatment group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of ectopic pregnancy rate and the number of intrauterine pregnancy between the two groups and the postoperative time,there was no significant difference(P>0.05).2.Comparison of tubal score and pregnancy: there were a total of 76 patients in this study,including 9 patients with mild tubal score and 8patients with pregnancy,with a pregnancy rate of 88.89%.There were 67 cases with moderate score,and 23 cases with pregnancy,with a pregnancy rate of34.33%.The pregnancy rate of mild fallopian tube score was better than that of moderate score,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the milder degree of fallopian tube lesions,the higher the clinical pregnancy rate.In the moderate grade,16 cases of pregnancy in the treatment group were higher than 7 cases in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)by 2 test,while for the mild grade,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).3.Comparison of hydrocephalus recurrence rate in non-pregnant patients:in the treatment group,there were 18 cases without pregnancy and 2 cases with hydrocephalus recurrence rate of 11.11%,while in the control group,there were 27 cases without pregnancy and 5 cases with hydrocephalus recurrence rate of 18.52%.After 2 tests,there was no statistical significance(P>0.05).4.Comparison of TCM syndrome score before and after treatment: before treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the treatment group was 18.08±2.20,and that of the control group was 18.18±2.63.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05),indicating comparability.After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the treatment group was 7.71±1.75,and that of the control group was 12.53±2.58.The score of the treatment group decreased more significantly than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was statistically significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05).These results suggest that the combination of danggui shaoyao powder and minimally invasive treatment for hydrosalpinx infertility can reduce TCM syndrome score and improve clinical symptoms.Conclusion: Modified danggui shaoyao powder combined with hysteroscopic laparoscopic operation is effective in the treatment of hydrosalpinx infertility,to raise the rate of intrauterine pregnancy significantly superior to pure surgery group,and combine traditional Chinese and western medicine therapy can control the recurrence of hydrosalpinx,reduce the TCM syndrome integral,improve clinical symptoms,security is good,worthy of further promotion.
