Clinical Study On Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction With Prepared Rhei Radix Et Rhizoma With Wine In Treating Unstable Angina With Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Syndrome

Objective:To explore the curative effect of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction with prepared Rhei Radix et Rhizoma with wine,a traditional Chinese medicine,on unstable angina with qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome.The test data was statistically analyzed by SPSS 25.0 software.Methods:From May 2019 to December 2019,among patients with unstable angina who were hospitalized in the Department of Intensive Medicine or Cardiology Department of the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,suitable candidates were selected according to the inclusion criteria,according to the principle of random allocation to the Chinese medicine group 1,Chinese medicine group 2 or control group.A total of 124 patients were enrolled,40 people in Chinese medicine group 1,42 people in Chinese medicine group 2,42 people in control group.All the three groups were treated with conventional Western medicine.Chinese medicine group 1 plus Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction,Chinese medicine group 2 plus Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction with prepared Rhei Radix et Rhizoma with wine,and the treatment course of all three groups was 14 days.Record the safety and clinical efficacy indexes before and after treatment,and enter the data into the software for statistical analysis.Results:Using statistical software,analyze 120 cases of TCM syndromes scores,angina pectoris symptom scores,TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C,hs-CRP,cTnI,electrocardiogram,safety indicators before and after treatment.It can be concluded that the Chinese medicine treatment group is more effective than the control group.Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction with prepared Rhei Radix et Rhizoma with wine on unstable angina with qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome is more excellent than that of Western medicines such as nitrates,beta blockers,calcium channel blockers,ACEI,ARB,statins,etc.
