Correlation Between Innate Constitution Of Wuyun-Liuqi Theory Based On Birth Time And Coronary Heart Disease Based On Medi Cal Big Data

Objective:Research on the correlation between Wu-Yun-Liu-Qi theory and coronary heart disease based on medical big data,the focus is on constructing a verification model suitable for this hypothesis,using TCM thinking to interpret statistical results,and finally deriving TCM treatment rules that are beneficial to clinical diagnosis,treatment,and prediction.Methods:According to the characteristics of Wu-Yun-Liu-Qi theory,a verification method based on medical big data was established.The medical record data comes from the electronic medical records system of Shandong Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,from January 1,2012 to December 30,2017,221556 clinical cases were hospitalized,after data preprocessing and cleaning,136,775 effective cases were retained,including 23,500 patients with coronary heart disease and 113,275 patients with non-coronary heart disease.According to the date of birth,mark the Wu-Yun-Liu-Qi categories,such as Tian-gan,Sui-yun,Di-zhi,Si-tian,liu-qi,Sui-yun plus liu-qi,month.The statistical methods of Pearson chi-square test and binary logistic regression were used to calculate the correlation of patients with coronary heart disease,stable coronary heart disease,acute coronary syndrome and non-coronary heart disease under different Wu-Yun-Liu-Qi cycles.Results:1.Born at Ke-qi as Shao-yin-jin-huo may be less likely to suffer from stable coronary heart disease.2.People born at Ke-zhu-jia-lin as Jue-yin-feng-mu plus Shao-yang-xiang-huo are more likely to suffer from coronary heart disease.3.People born at Ke-zhu-jia-lin as Yang-ming-zao-jin plus Yang-ming-zao-jin are more likely to suffer from coronary heart disease.4.Consider that Zhu-qi was not associated with coronary heart disease,stable coronary heart disease and acute coronary syndrome.5.This study also analyzed the Wu-Yun-Liu-Qi indicators of Tian-gan,Sui-yun,Di-zhi,Si-tian,and Sui-yun plus Si-tian.Unfortunately,the statistical conclusions pointed by big data may not be consistent with common sense due to the insufficient birth time span of the sample cases,so the statistical results are not presented in the summary to avoid misleading.Conclusion:There is an objective correlation between the innate constitution of Wu-Yun-Liu-Qi Theory and coronary heart disease based on medical big data.There is an objective evidence of Wu-Yun-Liu-Qi Theory rhythm based on medical big data.Points that:1.People born at Ke-qi as Shao-yin-jin-huo may not susceptible to coronary heart disease,which means that coronary heart disease can be treated in terms of supporting heart yang and nourishing heart qi;2.People born at Ke-zhu-jia-lin as Jue-yin-feng-mu plus Shao-yang-xiang-huo are prone to cause coronary heart disease,which means that coronary heart disease can be treated from Xin-bao and San-jiao;3.People born at Ke-zhu-jia-lin as Yang-ming-zao-jin plus Yang-ming-zao-jin are prone to cause acute coronary syndrome,which means that acute coronary syndrome can be treated from Yangming stomach meridian.
