| Objective:To study the clinical efficacy and safety of acupoint application for children with phlegm-heat and closed-lung pneumonia(bronchopneumonia). Methods:Sixty hospitalized children diagnosed with phlegm-heat closed pulmonary pneumonia asthma(bronchopneumonia)were randomly divided into two groups according to the random number table method.Thirty children in the control group received conventional treatment, and 30 patients in the treatment group received conventional treatment combined with acupoint application.By observing the changes of various symptoms, signs and auxiliary examinations before and after treatment in the two groups of children, the clinical efficacy and safety of acupoint application in treating children with phlegm-heat and closed-lung pneumonia(bronchopneumonia)were studied. Results:The total effective rate in the control group was 93.33%,and the total effective rate in the treatment group was 96.67%.The comparison of clinical efficacy between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups in terms of sputum, lung auscultation, and other symptoms, signs scores, and total scores of symptoms and signs.(P<0.05).No adverse reactions occurred in both groups, and the safety was good. Conclusions:Acupoint application for children with phlegm-heat,closed-lung pneumonia, and asthma(bronchopneumonia)has a higher total effective rate and a more significant clinical effect, which can better improve children’s clinical symptoms and signs, especially in expectoration Lung rales and other aspects. Its safety is good, and it is worthy of reference and promotion in clinical work. |
