| Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Professor Li Keqin’ s empirical prescription bed decoction in the treatment of repeated implantation failure of kidney deficiency type,to explore the effect of bed decoction on the pregnancy outcome of repeated implantation failure of kidney deficiency type, and to summarize Professor Li Keqin’ s experience in the treatment of repeated implantation failure.Methods:Sixty-two subjects were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. The control group was treated with routine western medicine transplantation cycle. The treatment group was treated with bed soup on the basis of the control group and began to take 14 doses on the day before embryo transfer. The changes of kidney deficiency syndrome, embryo implantation rate, clinical pregnancy rate and persistent pregnancy rate were observed in the two groups before and after treatment. The treatment group and the control group were divided into two subgroups according to the age of the patients(<35 years old and≥35 years old) and the type of transferred embryos(fresh embryo transfer and frozen embryo transfer). The pregnancy outcomes of the two groups were compared.Results:1.The embryo implantation rate of kidney deficiency RIF patients treated with implantation decoction was 46.8%,while that of the control group was 27.4%.The clinical pregnancy rate was 58.1%in the treatment group and 32.3%in the control group. The continuous pregnancy rate was 54.8% in the treatment group and 22.6% in the control group. There were significant differences in pregnancy outcomes between the two groups(P<0.05).In the improvement of kidney deficiency syndrome, there was significant difference in the treatment group before and after treatment(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in the control group before and after treatment(P>0.05).After treatment, there was significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05).2.In the age subgroup, the embryo implantation rate, clinical pregnancy rate and persistent pregnancy rate in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the live birth rate between the patients<35 years old and≥35 years old(P>0.05).In the treatment group, there was no significant difference in embryo implantation rate between<35 years old and≥35 years old patients(P>0.05),but there was significant difference in clinical pregnancy rate and persistent pregnancy rate(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in pregnancy outcome in the control group(P>0.05).3.In the subgroup of embryo transfer, there was no significant difference in embryo implantation rate, clinical pregnancy rate and persistent pregnancy rate between the treatment group and the control group in terms of fresh and frozen embryos(P>0.05).In fresh embryo transfer, there was no significant difference in pregnancy outcome between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05).In frozen embryo transfer, there was no significant difference in clinical pregnancy rate between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05),but the embryo implantation rate and persistent pregnancy rate in the treatment group were better than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The curative effect of Zhichuantang in the treatment of kidney deficiency RIF,is better than that of simple western medicine transplantation cycle, and it can improve the syndrome of kidney deficiency, increase the embryo implantation rate, clinical pregnancy rate and continuous pregnancy rate.2.The therapeutic effect of implantation decoction on patients<35 years old is better than that of patients≥35 years old,and age can independently affect the occurrence of infertility and the success of assisted reproductive technology.3.There is no significant difference in the therapeutic effect of implantation decoction on patients with fresh embryo transfer and frozen embryo transfer, indicating that its therapeutic effect has nothing to do with the type of embryo transfer. |
