| Objective:By comparing with the routine acupuncture, the therapeutic effect of the combination of abdominal and back Yin and Yang points on motor dysfunction after cerebral infarction was observed.Methods:66 patients were randomly divided into the control group(routine acupuncture)and the treatment group(routine acupuncture plus abdominal and back Yin and Yang points),33 cases in each group, both patients received rehabilitation training after the condition was stable.10 days is a course of treatment,a total of 3 courses. The differences of NIHSS,FMA and ADL between the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results:1.After treatment, the scores of the two groups were significantly different from before treatment(P<0.01).2.After treatment, there was no statistical difference in NIHSS,ADL and upper extremity FMA scores(P>0.05),lower extremity FMA scores(P<0.05);there was no statistical difference in reflex, hand and wrist functions(P>0.05),and there was statistical difference in coordination, separation movement, balance and coordination(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The two methods have obvious curative effect on patients’ nerve function, motor function and daily life.2.The combination of abdominal and back Yin and Yang points is superior to the conventional acupuncture in improving the lower extremity movement ability, improving the coordination, separation movement and balance and coordination. |
