Therapeutic Effect And Clinical Thinking About The Treatment Of Posterior Cruciate Ligament Avulsion Fracture Under The Guidance Of "Balance Between Liver And Kidney-muscles And Bones"

Objective: To investigate the curative effect of double-row anchor suture bridge technique combined with absorbable screws for fixation,and Chinese traditional medicine or Chinese patent medicine for the treatment at the later stage of fracture under the guidance of “ balance between liver and kidney-muscles and bones ”.And summarize the relevant experience.Methods: A total of 46 patients with PCL tibial avulsion fracture admitted to the affiliated hospital of shandong university of traditional Chinese medicine from October2017 to June 2019 were selected,they were divided into two groups according different treatments.The observation group was fixed with double-row wire bridge anchor technology combined with double-row anchor suture bridge technique combined with absorbable screw,while the control group was fixed with hollow screws.External fixation support was used after surgery,and rehabilitation training under the protection of braces.In the late stage of the fracture,the observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine or proprietary Chinese medicine to nourish liver and kidney,and strengthen bones and bones.Regular reexaminations were conducted to observe fracture healing by X-ray.Postoperative follow-up was performed to assess knee function using the Lysholm scoring system.Results: The Lysholm score of the observation group(94.13 ± 4.38)was better than the control group(90.91 ± 6.06),and the comparison between the two groups was statistically different(P = 0.045).The excellent rate of knee joint score in the observation group was 95.65%,which was higher than the control group’s 86.96%,but there was no significant difference(p = 0.306).In addition,the observation group also scored better than the control group in instability,twisted sense of lock,stair climbing and squatting,while the two groups showed similar results in pain,swelling,limp and supportting.Conclusion: This satisfactory results by using double-row anchor suture bridge technique combined with absorbable screw to treat posterior cruciate ligament avulsion fracture under the guidance of “balance between liver and kidney-muscles and bones”.Through the strong internal fixation,and the traditional Chinese medicine or proprietary Chinese medicine was given to nourish the liver and kidney,nourish the muscles and strengthen the bones in the late stage of fracture,it can better promote the recovery of the stability and function of the knee joint and achieve the balance of muscle and bone,in addition without the need for the second operation to remove the internal fixation.In terms of comminuted posterior cruciate ligament avulsion fractures with larger fracture pieces,it may be a better treatment.
