Objective: To compare and analyze the curative effect of suture rivet combined with PUSHLOCK in the treatment of avulsion fracture of tibial insertion of posterior cruciate ligament(PCL)based on the theory of "paying equal attention to muscle and bone" by two groups of treatment methods. Methods: A retrospective study was conducted in the orthopedic ward of Shandong hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from January 2019 to December 2020.48 hospitalized patients with PCL tibial avulsion fracture as the main diagnosis underwent surgical treatment. And complete information was randomly divided into two groups.Group A was set as the control group, using suture rivet combined with PUSHLOCK for operation, and routine treatment after operation;Group B was treated with surgical treatment under the guidance of the theory of "paying equal attention to muscle and bone" combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and tendon manipulation. The Range Of Motion(ROM)of knee,Lysholm score,Tegner score and International Knee Documentation Committee(IKDC)score of the two groups were observed and followed up before treatment and 3 months after operation. The score data of the two groups were statistically analyzed by spss25.0 software to evaluate the clinical efficacy of the two groups. Results: There was no significant difference in ROM,Lysholm score,Tegner score and IKDC score between the two groups before operation(P > 0.05).The clinical effective rate of the treatment group was 91.67% 3 months after operation, which was better than 62.50% of the control group(P < 0.05).The ROM,Lysholm score,Tegner score and IKDC score of the knee joint were significantly improved 3 months after operation(P < 0.05).The improvement degree of the treatment group was better than that of the control group, and there was significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05).Conclusion: Compared with conventional treatment, suture rivet combined with PUSHLOCK can improve and restore the function of knee joint more effectively.
