Research On External Therapy In Traditional Chinese Medicine On Treating Urticaria Prior And During Qing Dynasty And Analysis On Tutor’s Experience Of Treatment

Objective:To collect and sort out the literatures related to external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of urticaria before Qing dynasty and analyze the clinical application characteristics of urticaria.Method:Taking the“Chinese medical code”as the source of retrieval,retrieves the literature sorting,establish a database and use the software Office Excel 2016 and SPSS 18.0 for analysis.Results: 125 books were involved,among which 776 articles and 10 kinds of external treatment methods met the requirements,including 158 acupoint prescriptions and 618 herb prescriptions.The acupoints were 24,the main meridians were the large intestine meridians,bile meridians and pericardium meridians and stomach meridians,mainly distributed in the limbs.Five-shu point is the main specific acupoints.The most used points were quchi,jianyu,huantiao,hegu,tianjing.221 kinds of Herbs,involving 20 types,such as expelling wind-damp drugs,diaphoretic drugs and heat clearing drugs,mostly cold,warm,mostly simba,bitter taste.The most used herbs were alum,sambucus chinensis,salt,tribulus terrestris,leonurus.It was used widely that compatibility were sambucus chinensis with tribulus terrestris,alum with tribulus terrestris.Conclusion:The external treatment of Urticaria in traditional Chinese medicine is effective in acupoint use and standard medication,which provides reference for clinical and scientific research.
