The Clinical Observation Of Acupuncture Combined With Cross Moxibustion Therapy On The Waist In The Treatment Of Cold-dampness-type Lumbar Disc Herniation

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of the acupuncture combined with cross moxibustion therapy on the waist in the treatment of cold-dampness-type lumbar disc herniation,to provide clinical basis for treatment of cold-dampness-type lumbar disc herniation with acupuncture and moxibustion.Methods According to the randomized and controlled method,60 patients with cold-dampness-type lumbar disc herniation who met the criteria were divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 30 patients in each group.The treatment group were treated with acupuncture combined with cross moxibustion therapy on the waist(once every two days,3 times a week,2weeks for a course of treatment),the treatment group were treated with ordinary acupuncture method(6 times a week,2 weeks for a course of treatment).Both groups received two courses of continuous treatment.And the score of VAS and JOA were recorded before and after treatment.And then,carried out the efficacy evaluation and statistical analysis.Results 1.The total clinical effective rate of the treatment group was93.33%.,the total clinical effective rate of the control group was 86.67%(P<0.05),and there was a significant difference between the two groups.2.By comparison with the score of VAS and JOA were recorded before and after treatment,the score of VAS in both groups was descended,the score of JOA in both groups was improved.And the acupuncture combined with Cross Moxibustion therapy had more advantages in treatment effect.Conclusion In the improving the score of VAS and JOA,the acupuncture combined with Cross Moxibustion therapy is better than ordinary acupuncture method.It can improve the clinical efficacy.It is an effective method to treat the Cold-dampness-type Lumbar Disc Herniation.And this method deserves further clinical promotion.
