| Objective:To evaluate the therapeutic effect of Jianpi Huoxue Jiedu Decoction on peptic ulcer in the elderly,explore its mechanism,and provide clinical and theoretical guidance.Methods:80 elderly patients with peptic ulcer were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The experimental group was given Jianpi Huoxue Jiedu Decoction once,and the control group was given Rabeprazole to record clinical data.Symptomatology,gastroscopy,pathology,Helicobacter pylori(HP),symptoms.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of the experimental group was 95%,and that of the control group was 80%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total effective rate of the comprehensive test of TCM syndromes in the experimental group was 90%.The data of the control group was significantly different from that of the control group(P<0.05),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The pathological changes of gastroscopy and endoscopy after treatment were statistically significant(P<0.05),and the HP clearance rate in the experimental group was 43.48%compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.0032<0.05).CONCLUSION:Jianpi Huoxue Jiedu Decoction has a definite clinical effect on elderly peptic ulcer patients with spleen deficiency and toxin stagnation syndrome.It is superior to the control group in alleviating clinical symptoms,improving symptoms and improving the quality of mucosal healing of lesions,and it is safe and reliable and worthy of promotion. |
