Study On The Mechanism Of Buyang Huanwu Decoction In The Treatment Of Arteriosclerosis Obliterans Based On The Method Of Network Pharmacology

Objective: This study aims to predict the mechanism of Buyang Huanwu Decoction in the treatment of arteriosclerosis obliterans.Method:By using tcmsp database,Chinese medicine and active ingredient database and literature retrieval,we can excavate the active ingredient of Buyang Huanwu Decoction and predict its target.Screening the target of arteriosclerosis obliterans by genecards database.Cytoscape software was used to construct the "component-target-pathway-disease" network for the treatment of arteriosclerosis obliterans.The target protein-related action network was constructed by STRING database,and the biological function annotation and pathway analysis of the key targets were carried out.Results: 54 effective components of Buyang Huanwu Decoction acted on 125 targets,and played the role of intervening ASO by regulating 146 signal pathways.Conclusion: the effective components of Buyang Huanwu Decoction can protect the integrity of vascular endothelium,regulate lipid metabolism,anti oxidative stress,anti platelet aggregation,inhibit the inflammation of vascular wall and so on.
