Clinical Observation Of Pingganhuoxue Recipe Combined With Massage In Treating Premenstrual Syndrome Of Liver Yang Hyperactivity And Stasis

Objective:To analyze the effect of Chinese medicine symptom score,anxiety self-assessment scale(SAS)score and laboratory indexes before and after treatment,and to observe the curative effect of Chinese medicine prescription Pingganhuoxue decoction combined with manipulation on premenstrual syndrome of hyperactivity of liver-yang Is there any difference in curative effect compared to Drospirenone and Ethinylestradiol Tablets(Ⅱ).Methods:60 patients with liver-yang hyperactivity and stasis-type premenstrual syndrome were randomly divided into two groups.The experimental group(30 cases)were given traditional Chinese medicine combined with massage therapy,and the control group(30 cases)were given Drospirenone and Ethinylestradiol Tablets(Ⅱ)treatment.Observe the clinical symptom score,SAS score and the changes of estradiol,progesterone and prolactin before and after treatment for 1,2,and 3 months after treatment.The value of the indicatorResults:After treatment,the total effective rate of the two groups of patients(P=0.047<0.05)was slightly higher than that of the experimental group.Both the total symptom score and the primary and secondary symptom scores of Chinese medicine in both groups decreased(P<0.05).Both treatments had a certain effect.The total score comparison between the groups(P=0.001<0.05)was more obvious,and the experimental group effect Better;the difference between the main symptom score groups(P=0.003<0.05)was significant,and the experimental group score decreased significantly;the secondary symptom score group(P=0.024<0.05)was significantly decreased in the experimental group.Compared with before treatment,the P level of the two groups of patients increased,and the E2 level decreased.The comparison between the groups and between groups(P<0.05)was statistically significant.After treatment,the PRL of patients in the experimental group decreased(P=0.002<0.05),and there was no significant change in the control group(P=0.205>0.05).The SAS scores of both groups decreased after treatment(P=0.004<0.05,P=0.049<0.05).The experimental group had better effect;after treatment,the SAS scores(P=0.292>0.05)were not significantly different.Two or three months after drug withdrawal,the TCM symptom scores of patients in the experimental group were still significantly different from those before treatment(P=0<0.05,P=0.018<0.05),and the control group patients’symptom scores were not significantly different than before treatment(P=0.195>0.05,P=0.889>0.05);the SAS scores of the experimental group were still different than before treatment(P=0.018<0.05,P=0.049<0.05),the SAS scores of the control group were not significantly different than before treatment(P=0.351>0.05,P=0.454>0.05).Conclusion:Oral Pinggan Huoxue Decoction combined with massage can increase P level,reduce E2 level,improve related symptoms of patients with premenstrual syndrome of liver yang hyperactivity and stasis type,improve anxiety symptoms,and the treatment effect lasts longer.PRL levels can be reduced,but it cannot be proven that PRL levels are directly related to symptoms in PMS patients.E2 and P can be used to assist in determining the treatment effect,and the diagnosis still mainly refers to the symptom score.
