Study On The Clinical Pathway Of Community Acquired Pneumonia In Children In Jinan,Tai’an And Weifang

Research Objective:The implementation of TCM clinical pathway of children’ s community-acquired pneumonia was analyzed in order to further improve and promote the clinical pathway in line with regional characteristics and standardize clinical treatment.Research Methods:A total of 852 children with community-acquired pneumonia(including 653 cases in jinan,118 cases in taian and 81 cases in weifang)who were admitted to the affiliated hospital of shandong university of traditional Chinese medicine,the second Tai’an City hospital of traditional Chinese medicine and weifang hospital of traditional Chinese medicine and included in clinical pathway management during January to December 2019 were selected.According to the promotion time of TCM clinical pathway of "pneumonia asthma" in shan dong TCM medical record quality control center(June 2019)as the boundary,hospitalized children from January to June 2019 were selected as the old pathway group,and hospitalized children from July to December 2019 as the new pathway group.Based on the statistics of the basic information of case resources,the length of hospitalization,the cost of hospitalization,the proportion of the cost of Chinese herbal medicine and Chinese medicine special therapies,and the effective rate of treatment,the advantages and disadvantages of the implementation of pneumonia asthma path management were evaluated and analyzed.Research Results:There was no gender difference in the cases of jinan,taian and weifang(p>0.05).In terms of age,preschoolers were the main cases in the three places.The implementation of the new route in the three places was better than the old route group in reducing the length of hospital stay,saving hospital expenses,paying attention to the clinical application and clinical efficacy of Chinese herbal medicine and characteristic therapies of traditional Chinese medicine(p<0.05).Conclusion:The application of the new clinical pathway for pneumonia cough can effectively reduce the length of hospitalization for children with CAP,save hospitalization expenses,give full play to the advantages and characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine,Improve the clinical symptoms of children,and achieve significant therapeutic effect,which is worth promoting.
