Medical and health services are related to the fundamental interests of the people.At present,with economic development,medical progress,and the improvement of people’s living standards,the people’s requirements for medical services are getting higher and higher,and more and more people are Flocking to large hospitals for medical treatment has made it more and more difficult to see a doctor in large hospitals,and it is also more and more difficult to register,and there are fewer and fewer people in community hospitals and health centers.Medical and health services are an important part of public management,and the reform of its field has become the focus of more and more scholars.In response to the actual situation,the state has fully implemented the construction of the medical consortium starting from the first pilot project for the development of the consortium in Shanghai in 2013.This article is to study the development of T city medical consortium.The main purpose of this article is to explore the existing problems in the development of the medical consortium in City T since the establishment of the medical consortium in 2017,and put forward corresponding suggestions based on the actual problems.The main research significance is to further Promote the in-depth development of the T city medical consortium to provide reference.The main research methods used in this article are literature research method,questionnaire survey method and data analysis method.The main innovation of the article is to study the development of medical consortia in county-level cities and effectively use the questionnaire survey method.Through the investigation,it is learned that under the development of the T city government medical consortium,the medical order in T city is standardized and the quality of medical institutions has improved compared with before,and the overall strength of the primary medical institutions in T city has increased.In order to have a deeper understanding of the problems existing in the development of the medical consortium in T city,three types of personnel were selected to conduct a questionnaire survey:residents of city T,patients in the primary medical institutions in the medical consortium,and staff of the core medical institutions in the medical consortium.According to the data analysis of the survey questionnaire,it is found that the following problems exist in the current construction and development of the medical consortium in T city:residents have low awareness of the construction of the government medical consortium;the information management level in the development of the government medical consortium is low;Insufficient supervision and management in the development of the consortium;assistance and implementation are not in place;the overall regulation and control in the development of the government-medical consortium is uneven.In response to the above problems,find out the relevant reasons,and put forward the following countermeasures:strengthen publicity and training to guide residents’ awareness;strengthen information management to achieve interconnection;improve supervision and management,optimize assistance measures;strengthen overall control,and coordinate incentive measures.
