| Medicine safety concerns the health and safety of the people,and it is a highly valued issue to the country.Vaccine is a special kind of biological medicine,the production and logistics processes of vaccine need to be strictly managed.However,in recent years,vaccine safety incidents have occurred frequently.The traceability of vaccines in circulation has seriously threatened the quality of vaccines and the health of patients.the traceability of vaccines is to trace the information of vaccine production,logistics and vaccination,it requires extensive participation of upstream and downstream parties in the vaccine supply chain.However,the existing traceability methods are difficult to achieve real-time effective supervision of the entire process of vaccine cold chain logistics,and the authenticity of traceability information cannot be absolutely guaranteed.As an emerging technology,blockchain has been applied in many fields,its decentralization,distributed accounting,openness and transparency,and non-tamperability make blockchain technology have a strong application prospect in the field of logistics and supply chain.At present,blockchain has made great progress in supply chain and traceability,especially in terms of food safety and commodity traceability.In response to vaccine safety issues,many scholars and experts have proposed the layout of blockchains in the medical field,blockchain technology can accurately record and store vaccine information of the entire process from research and production to logistics and inoculation.Blockchain technology can ensure the authenticity of information,and it can realize traceability and supervision of true meaning because it is difficult to counterfeit and falsify.This paper mainly takes the vaccine cold chain logistics as the starting point,and combined with other links of the vaccine supply chain of supply,production,inoculation to design and implement a traceability system of vaccine cold chain logistics with the blockchain as the technical support.First,introducing the blockchain technology in detail from the aspects of basic concept,technical architecture,working principle and application developmen to lay a theoretical foundation for later researcht;Secondly,analyzing vaccine cold chain logistics from the definition,specificity and process to fully understand the two types of vaccine circulation methods and the basic process of vaccine cold chain logistics.Based on the above,designing a vaccine cold chain logistics traceability plan based on blockchain.Material suppliers,vaccine manufacturers,logistics companies,disease prevention and control centers,vaccination unit and users involved in the entire vaccine logistics process participate the traceability plan together,it involves information of the entire process of vaccine production,circulation,and vaccination.According to the transaction subject,data entity and Fabric architecture,designing the overall architecture and transaction process of the traceability plan to form a complete vaccine cold chain logistics traceability;Finally,the Hyperledger Fabric is used as the development platform to implement the vaccine cold chain logistics traceability plan from the background technology and the front-end function,and demonstrating data entry and data query functions through actual operation to display the characteristics and advantages of the blockchain traceability scheme with a visual interface.The research results show that the Fabric platform is suitable for the design and development of a vaccine cold chain logistics traceability program with multiple links and participants.On the one hand,the traceability program can realize the storage and recording of the entire process of vaccine production,logistics,and vaccination,on the other hand,information can be traced throughout the entire cold chain of the vaccine with the vaccine traceability code. |
