Clinical Observation Of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction And Cord Moxibustion In Treatment Of Qi Deficiency Constipation After Apoplexy

Objective: In this study,we compared the clinical efficacy of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction combined with umbilical moxibustion and the western medicine Changsong(polyethylene glycol 4000 powder)in the treatment of post-stroke qi deficiency constipation.Methods: According to the method of random number table,60 subjects were divided into Buzhong Yiqi decoction and umbilical moxibustion group(treatment group)30 cases and western medicine Changsong group(control group) 30 cases.The treatment group was treated with Buzhong Yiqi decoction combined with umbilical moxibustion,7days as a course of treatment,a total of 2 courses of treatment;the control group selected the western medicine Changsong oral,5 days as a course of treatment,the course of rest 2 days,a total of 2 courses of treatment,both groups were treated for 2 weeks.the observation results before and after 2weeks of treatment in each group were recorded respectively.Observation Indexes: First time of defecation,interval of defecation,time of defecation,characteristics of defecation,difficulty of defecation,meaning of defecation,syndrome of TCM Through Excel data collection and collation,the Excel collected and collated data into SPSS20.0 statistical software,the use of this software during the treatment of the data obtained statistical analysis and draw conclusions,comparative analysis of the two groups before and after the treatment of constipation and Chinese medicine efficacy.Results: 1.Curative effect comparison: in the constipation curativeeffect evaluation aspect: the treatment group total effective rate 85.71%,the control group total effective rate 75.86%,the two groups had the significant statistical difference(P<0.01);in the traditional Chinese medicine curative effect evaluation aspect: the treatment group total effective rate 92.85%,the control group total effective rate 65.51%,the two groups had the significant statistical difference(P<0.01);2.The scores of constipation symptoms after treatment decreased significantly compared with those before and after treatment(P<0.01)compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).Treatment group due to control group;in defecation traits,defecation meaning score 3.Single score and total score and total scores were compared before and after treatment.After treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms decreased significantly(all P<0.01)all P<0.01).After treatment,there was a significant decrease in the scores of short-qi sweating(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference between the scores of Postoperative fatigue,facial whiteness,limb fatigue and TCM symptoms(all PP<).After treatment,the results were compared between the two groups(P<0.01),there was significant statistical difference,the treatment group was significantly due to the control group;after treatment,the two groups in the limb fatigue lazy speech,no statistical significance(P>0.05);4.He compliance of the two groups was good,and there was no statistical difference between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion: Buzhong Yiqi decoction combined with umbilical moxibustion has a good clinical effect in treating post-stroke qi deficiency constipation,which can effectively improve the symptoms of constipation after stroke,especially can effectively shorten the interval time of defecation,defecation time,improve defecation difficulty and first defecation time,and Buzhong Yiqi decoction combined with umbilical moxibustion can significantly improve the TCM syndromes of patients,which is a clinical TCM treatment worth popularizing.
