Clinical Observation Of Yi Qi Sheng Jiang Recipe On Patients With Ejection Fraction Retention Heart Failure

Objective: This subject evaluates the clinical efficacy and safety of Yi Qi Sheng Jiang Recipe on patients with ejection fraction retention heart failure(HFp EF)by observing the effects of Yi Qi Sheng Jiang Recipe combined with conventional western medicine on the 6-minute walk test(6MWD),plasma brain natriuretic peptide precursor(NT-pro BNP)level,cardiac ultrasound,quality of life score,cardiac function score and TCM symptom score,and provides theoretical guidance and experimental basis for the wide clinical application and development of new drugs.Methods: 60 HFp EF patients who met the inclusion criteria were selected from the Department of Cardiology of Shijiazhuang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from November 2018 to November 2019.The patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.TThe control group was treated with routine western medicine,and there were 30 people in each group.The treatment group was treated with Yi Qi Sheng Jiang Decoction on the basis of routine western medicine.One month was one course,and the treatment period was three courses.The changes of cardiac ultrasound(E/A,E/e’,LVEDD,LAD),NT-pro BNP,6MWD,cardiac function grading,TCM symptom score,and quality of life before and after treatment were observed and compared between the two groups,and the result data of the two groups before and after treatment were statistically analyzed.Result:(1)There were significant differences in NT-pro BNP and 6MWD levels between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.01),and there were differences between the two groups after treatment(P<0.01);(2)there was no difference in cardiac ultrasound indexes E/A,LVEDD and LAD between the two groups before and after treatment,E/e’ was different(P<0.05);After treatment,there was no difference in LVEDD,LAD and E/A between the two groups(P<0.05).E/e’ has difference(P<0.05);(3)There was a significant difference in TCM syndrome score between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.01),and there was a significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P<0.01);(4)there was a difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,there were differences between the two groups in the aspects of good rest,shortness of breath,palpitation,fatigue,chest tightness,chest pain and tongue pulse(P<0.05),but there were no differences between the two groups in the aspects of spontaneous perspiration,mental fatigue and lazy speech(P>0.05);(5)There was a difference in the quality of life score between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05).There were differences between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05);(6)there was a difference between the two groups before and after treatment in the cardiac function grading group(P<0.05).After treatment,the effective rate of the treatment group was 93.3%,and that of the control group was 66.7%,with differences between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion: Yi Qi Sheng Jiang Decoction combined with conventional western medicine is superior to conventional western medicine in NT-pro BNP,6MWD,cardiac ultrasound index E/e’,traditional Chinese medicine syndromes,TCM symptoms,quality of life score,and cardiac functionin treating ejection fraction retention heart failure of patients with Zongqi deficiency,and is safe and effective.
