Investigation And Analysis Of Supportive Care Needs Of Cervical Cancer Patients Based On KANO Model

Purpose1.Taking the patients with cervical cancer as the research object,a cross-sectional survey was conducted according to their supportive care needs,and the influencing factors were analyzed emphatically.2.Based on Kano model,the evaluation tools for supporting care needs of cervical cancer patients are classified by attributes.According to the attribute classification,importance and satisfaction results,the core items of the evaluation tools for supporting care needs are identified,so as to provide basis for the formulation of individualized intervention programs for clinical nursing,open up ideas for clinical nursing work and enrich the professional connotation of high-quality nursing services for cervical cancer patients.Way1.In this study,300 patients with cervical cancer were investigated by convenient sampling.The survey tools mainly include:a questionnaire designed with general information of patients as the content,a concise questionnaire designed with 34 items as the survey content and a questionnaire designed based on Kano model.2.Excel forms are used for data collation and calculation,and SPSS22.0 is used for data processing.If the measurement data is consistent with the normal distribution,the measurement data is mainly expressed as s in this research.The general demographic data mainly choose single factor analysis in the specific analysis method,and the influencing factors mainly choose multiple linear regression analysis in the specific analysis method.3.Further analyze SCNS-SF34 by Kano analysis method,analyze the attribute categories of its questionnaire items,calculate the importance of items and satisfaction,and besides,draw the quadrant diagram of satisfaction importance.Result1.The total number of questionnaires distributed is 300,and the total number of questionnaires recovered is 300,achieving 100%recovery.Among these questionnaires,the total number of valid questionnaires is 289,accounting for 96.3%.A survey on the current situation of support care needs of cervical cancer patients in a third-class first-class hospital shows that the support care needs of cervical cancer patients are at a high level,with a score of(83.6 31.13);Kano model was used to analyze the needs of cervical cancer patients for supportive care.The results showed that among the 34 concise questionnaires,20 items belonged to charm attribute(A),11items belonged to expectation attribute(O),3 items belonged to irrelevant attribute(I)and no necessary attribute(M).2.Univariate analysis showed that the differences in patients’ age(P=0.025),education level(P=0.019),income level(P=0.006),tumor metastasis(P=0.023)and chronic disease(P=0.001)were statistically significant(P<0.05)3.The results of multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that age,education level and income level were the influencing factors of supportive care needs of cervical cancer patients,and the regression explained 47.1%of the total variation.4.After Kano model analysis,according to the attribute classification results,calculate the importance and satisfaction of each supporting care demand item.In this study,the highest satisfaction score is item 28:"Cancer has been controlled or reduced",with a score of 0.993,and 5 items with a score greater than 0.96.The highest score of importance is item 26:"Before you choose to receive treatment,you should fully understand the benefits and side effects of treatment",with a score of 0.723,and 2 items with importance greater than 0.7.According to the scores of importance and satisfaction,a quadrant graph is drawn.The graph shows that there are 13 items in the first quadrant(dominant area),9 items in the second quadrant(area to be improved),11 items in the third quadrant(reserved area)and only 1 item in the fourth quadrant(observation area).Conclusion1.In this study,patients with older age,higher education level and lower income have relatively higher needs for supportive care.The total score is(83.6 31.13),which is very high.2.Medical staff should make key work plans according to the attribute classification of Kano model analysis and the quadrant diagram of satisfaction-importance.In clinical work,they should focus on improving the items of exploring charm attributes and perfecting the items of supplementing expected attributes;In quadrant graph analysis,priority should be given to developing and continuing to develop the projects in the advantageous areas,and continuing to pay attention to improving the projects in the areas to be improved and reserved areas.
