With the development of information technology,medical records have gradually evolved from paper medical records to electronic medical records,and medical information of patients has also turned to information storage.In the traditional medical information storage system,the medical information storage between medical institutions cannot share the patient’s medical information,and the phenomenon of"data island" appears.It is not convenient for patients to grasp his own medical history.At the same time,the traditional medical information storage system cannot record access records to medical information,and there is a possibility of privacy leaks.Blockchain is a distributed ledger that can store patient medical information and record access records to patient medical information,which can help solve the problem of privacy leakage.Based on the blockchain,this paper proposes a security mechanism that considers protecting the privacy of patients and facilitating data sharing.This paper also designs a personal medical information storage system based on this security mechanism.The system can safely store patient medical information and access records on the consortium blockchain,classify patient medical information and visitors,and return corresponding information according to the visitor’s authority level.It is convenient for medical institutions to diagnose and treatment,and it also helps patients grasp their own medical information.The paper is mainly divided into two parts:This paper proposes a blockchain-based security mechanism for storing patient medical information.Consortium blockchain store patient’s medical information which contains no patient’s personal identity.It solves the problem that medical information is not easily shared in the traditional medical information storage system.The visitor and medical information are classified into different levels,the corresponding level of patient medical information is provided to protect the patient’s personal privacy,according to the visitor’s different authority levels.Consortium blockchain record the access records,which solves the problem that patients cannot master their own medical information security under the traditional medical information storage system.Secondly,based on the proposed security mechanism,this article designs and implements a personal medical information storage system based on blockchain,including a user registration and login module,a permission management module,a medical information writing module,a patient medical information reading module,and medical resource information query,write and ’transaction module.The system grades the medical account to complete the classification of the patient’s medical information written by the medical account,and returns the corresponding medical information according to the visitor’s permissions,thereby achieving a balance between privacy protection and data sharing.The system can also help medical institutions in the alliance trade medical resources such as beds.The experimental results show that this system can perform the functions of the medical storage system,prevent the forgery of patient medical information,and directly access the patient medical information across the alliance,and ensure the safety of patient medical information,thereby achieving the balance of protection of patient privacy and assisting medical treatment.The experimental results show that this system can well achieve the functions of the medical information storage system,realize the sharing of patient medical information.It also records the access records of patient medical information to ensure the security of patient medical information,thereby achieving patient privacy balanced with facilitating medical treatment.It solves the problems existing in traditional medical information storage systems.
