People’s demand for health services grows as their quality of life improves,leading to more collaboration in the health sector and more effective and safe health data exchange.Sharing and utilizing healthcare information is critical in electronic medical record administration,clinical support decision-making,remote care,and disease risk prediction.However,sharing healthcare data entails data security and privacy breaches,insufficient institution autonomy,and greater socioeconomic inequity.Because of its unique properties of decentralization,traceability,trustworthiness,and transparency,Ethereum offers enormous potential value in healthcare information sharing applications.The paper mainly studies clinical treatment information systems based on smart contracts in hospitals to solve the problem of data difficult to share,difficult to cross-platform and difficult to protect privacy,creating a decentralized platform suitable for medical data sharing to the effect of cross-institutional information sharing.For the existing blockchain-based medical data sharing systems in the process of data transmission,the excessive information repeat rate that leads to data key leakage and the classification of the visitor of medical data in the distributed scenario,this article will be studied from the following three aspects:(1)for the existence of blockchain-based health data sharing system in the transfer of data,the information repeating rate is too high and leaks the data key problem,this paper proposes a method to reduce the repeat rates in the system transmission process,change the keys used when the hospital accesses the same medical history,and avoid the leaking of information during the transmission.2)For the issue of online reimbursement of patient insurance in a distributed scenario,this article clarifies the positioning of insurance institutions in the system,sets the access authority of the insurance institution separately,and improves the classification of visitors to medical data.3)the implementation of smart contract-based hospital clinical treatment information system,combined with the interplanetary file system(InterPlanetary File System,hereinafter referred to as IPFS)to distributed storage of transaction data,using smart contracts to realize the sharing of requests and responses,control strategies,authorization management and other business logic,guaranteeing the privacy of medical records and patient information.To address the security of information transmission on blockchain and the visitor category of medical data,this paper designs and implements a hospital clinical diagnosis and treatment information system based on the Ethernet platform,which removes many processes when patients are transferred to hospitals,realizes direct dialogue between hospitals and hospitals and between hospitals and patients,greatly improves work efficiency,and increases patients’ own authority,greatly solves the problem of medical data sharing and Information security,cross-platform and privacy protection issues.
