Analysis On Professor Liu’s Clinical Experience In The Treatment Of Hypertension With Anxiety And Depression By Using The Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System

Objective:in this study,Profess or Liu’s diagnosis and treatment of patients with essential hypertension and anxiety and depression were sorted out and mined by using the mode of “man-machine combination and human-oriented”,the auxiliary system of traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance and the qualitative research method of in-depth interview,so an to summarize Professor Liu’s medication rules and clinical experience in the treatment of the disease,so as to better guide the clinical practice,Give full play to the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of this disease,inherit the academic experience of famous doctors,and elaborate Professor Liu’s academic thoughts.Methods:102 cases of primary hypertension with anxiety and depression diagnosed by Professor Liu in Shijiazhuang Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from 2014 to 2019 were collected,and the general information,four diagnosis information and traditional Chinese medicine prescription of the patients were recorded into the data collection module of traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance auxiliary plat form system,At the same time,the statistical report module and data analysis module of the system are used for data mining,combined with in-depth interviews with Professor Liu,so as to more completely summarize the drug use rules and clinical experience.Results:a total of 102 medical records were collected,involving 102 prescriptions,105 traditional Chinese medicine and 71 symptoms(1)Gender:65 female patients and 37 male.(2)Age:among them,there are 3 persons aged 26-35,10 persons aged 36-45 and 46-55 there are 25 persons,35 persons aged 56-65,20 persons aged 66-75,and 9 persons aged 76-85.(3)Symptoms:a total of 71 symptoms were involved,of which the top 16 symptoms were insomnia,irritability,dizziness,palpitation,chest tightness,shantaixi,anxiety and tension,dry mouth,hot sweating,poor appetite,fatigue,abdominal distension,constipation,unshaped stool,phlegm in the pharynx.(4)Tongue and pulse:there were 10 kinds of tongue images and 10 kinds of pulse images.The most frequently used tongue images were red tongue with thin and white fur.The most frequently used pulse images are deep stringed pulse,smooth pulse number and thin pulse steing,which are ranked in the top three.(5)Drug frequency:there are 21 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine used more than 30 times,which are huanglian,dangshen,banxia,shichangpu,hehuanpi,chaihu,yuanzhi,cheqianzi,huangqin,longgu,muli,yumixu,gouteng,xiakucao,zhizi,dandouchi,baishao,gancao,lugen,baihe,yujin.(6)Drug use frequency:the four Qi statistics showed that the frequency of cold,flat,warm,cool and hot drugs were 676,385,370,122,and 20 respectively.and the frequency of bitter,sweet,pungent,salty and sour drugs was 756,692,591,120,72,60 respectively.According to the statistics of the frequency of meridian tropism,the frequency of drug use was lung channel(762),liver channel(706),stomach channel(647),spleen channel(564),heart channel(547),gallbladder channel(406),kidney channel(382),large intestine channel(236),small intestine channel(139)and bladder channel(94).(7)Drug combination and core drugs:the support degree was 50 and the confidence degree was 0.95,the results of association fule analysis showed that 11 core drugs and 20 drug combinations were involved.Results of in-depth interview:Based on the data mining results,the author interviewed Professor Liu Zhen on the etiology,pathogenesis and treatment experience of the disease,He believed that the physical factors and emotional factors.The basic pathogenesis was qi stagnation,disharmony of Qi and blood,and imbalance of viscera,which led to the comorbidity of body and spirit.The location of the disease is in the liver,and the disease is in the heart.Spleen deficiency is the key,which is related to the lung.Treatment commonly used spleen,liver,heart,lung and other methods.Conclusion:Professor Liu Zhen’s experience in the treatment of essential hypertension and anxiety ande depression is summarized as follows.(1)Etiology and pathogenesis the etiology of the disease is mainly emotional factors and physical factors.The pathogenesis is Qi disorder,Qi and blood disharmony,visceral dysfunction.The disease location is in the liver,the onset in the heart,spleen deficiency is the key,and related to the lung.(2)The key point of treatment experience is to regulate qi and blood,so “harmony therapy”is the basic method to treat this disease.Specifically,the methods of strengthening spleen,soothing liver,clearing heart and dispersing lung can make Qi and blood in the whole body smooth,and the five zang organs be peaceful.
