Objective: To compare the effects of transurethral en bloc resection of bladder tumor by pin-shaped electrode(Pin-ERBT),conventional transurethral resection of bladder tumor(TURBT),and holmium laser resection of bladder tumor(Ho LRBT)on the recurrence rates of non muscular-invasive bladder cancer. Methods: A retrospective analysis of 195 patients with non-muscle invasive bladder cancer, choose the 115 patients with single lesion and Less than or equal to 3 cm lesions undergoing surgical treatment from2013 to 2017 was divided into 3 groups according to the surgical method.According to the surgical method, they were divided into three groups.transurethral en bloc resection of bladder tumor by pin-shaped electrode group(Pin-ERBT group),conventional transurethral resection of bladder tumor group(TURBT group),holmium laser resection of bladder tumor(Ho LRBT group),the two-year recurrence rate of the three groups of patients was compared, and multivariate logistic analysis was performed. To analyze the factors that affect the recurrence of non-muscle invasive bladder cancer with a single lesion less than 3 cm.Results: The 2-year recurrence rate of patients in the Pin-ERBT group was 10.0%,the 2-year recurrence rate of patients in the TURBT group was 38.5%,and the 2-year recurrence rate of patients in the Ho LRBT group was 40.0%,with significant differences(P <0.05).Logistic analysis suggested that surgical methods(OR = 8.291,OR =11.013),age(OR = 1.064),smoking(OR = 5.183),and pathologicalgrade(OR = 3.140)were risk factors for postoperative recurrence of bladder cancer. Conclusions: There is a small difference in the probability of recurrence between the TURBT group and the Ho LRBT group, but the results of Pin-ERBT group suggests that a lower incidence of recurrence comparing with patients who received TURBT or Ho LRBT. |
