Professor Liu Zhen’s Experience In The Treatment Of Stable Angina Pectoris Of Coronary Heart Disease With Cream Formula Based On The Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System

purpose: In this study,using Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System,combined with qualitative research methods of in-depth interviews,data collection and mining of the medical case data of the treatment of coronary heart disease with stable angina pectoris using traditional Chinese medicine ointment,on this basis,explore and summarize Professor Liu Zhen ’s application Fang’s experience in treatment of this disease and the idea of differentiation and treatment,in order to better guide the clinic,give play to the characteristics and advantages of traditional Chinese medicine ointment,and inherit the experience of famous old Chinese medicine.method: From October 2017 to October 2019,Professor Liu Zhen collected and sorted out the medical records of the treatment of stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease in the outpatient department of Shijiazhuang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital,and selected 68 medical cases that met the inclusion criteria.Refer to the "Chinese Medicine Diagnostics" and "Chinese Pharmacopoeia" standard professional terminology,enter the patient’s general information,four diagnosis information and ointment prescription into the clinical information collection module of the TCM inheritance auxiliary platform,and establish a standardized database.Through data mining through statistical report system and data analysis system,based on the obtained data results,we conducted in-depth interviews with Professor Liu Zhen to discuss and summarize Professor Liu Zhen’s medication and treatment methods for treating this disease.result: 1.Data mining analysis results:(1)Age: 3 persons under 40 years old,accounting for 4% of the total;7 persons aged 41-50,accounting for 10% of the total;27 persons aged 51-60,accounting for 40% of the total;20 persons aged 61-70,Accounted for 29% of the total;11 people over 70 years old,accounting for 17% of the total.(2)Gender: There are 40 women,accounting for 59% of the total;28 men,accounting for 41% of the total.(3)Symptoms: The 72 symptoms collected were counted,and the top 10 chest tightness,shortness of breath,palpitations,fatigue,anorexia,irritability,insomnia,chest pain,rib pain,dry or loose stools.(4)The frequency of medication: According to the statistics of 68 prescriptions collected,a total of 143 traditional Chinese medicines were used.The results showed that there were 26 traditional Chinese medicines with a frequency of more than 20,among which Codonopsis,honey,Coptis chinensis,Poria,Bupleurum,Ejiao,Jiao Sanxian,Coprinus chinensis,white peony root,and Hehuan skin rank in the top 10。(5)Efficacy classification: classify and count the 143 Chinese herbs in 68 prescriptions according to their efficacy.The results showed that a total of 18 kinds of drugs were used in the prescription,and the top ten in order of frequency were: tonic deficiency medicine,Jianpixiaoshi medicine,Qi medicine,phlegm medicine,blood circulation and blood stasis medicine,heat-clearing medicine,tranquilizing medicine,diuretic medicine,Tonic Yin medicine,Wenli medicine.(6)The frequency of medicinal meridian: 143 drugs in 68 prescriptions were extracted for medicinal meridian statistics.The results of four qi were 743 times for warm medicine,665 times for calm medicine,573 times for cold medicine,82 times for cold medicine,and 31 times for hot medicine;875 times for sweet medicine,689 times for bitter medicine,521 times for acid medicine,and pungent taste 453 medicines,89 salty medicines,48 astringent medicines;996 times to the spleen,889 times to the heart,802 times to the liver,764 times to the stomach,477 times to the lung,and 407 times to the kidney,203 times to the gallbladder meridian,187 times to the large intestine meridian,142 times to the bladder meridian,125 times to the small intestine meridian,27 times to the pericardial meridian,and 13 times to the Sanjiao meridian.(7)Core drugs and drug combinations: Through the data analysis system,set the support level to 40% and the confidence level to 0.95,conduct association rule analysis,involving 21 core drug flavors,and extract 14 drug combinations with a confidence level of 1.2.In-depth interview results:(1)Through in-depth interviews with Professor Liu Zhen,the results of data mining are basically consistent with the characteristics of his usual application of ointment to treat the disease,supplementing and supplementing,strengthening the spleen and stomach,co-administering cold and temperature,and combining dynamic and static medicine.(2)Through several in-depth and in-depth interviews,the focus is on highly recognizing the disease as the basic pathogenesis of "this deficiency standard and reality",which is mainly related to the deficiency of qi and blood,the imbalance of the organs,and the mixture of deficiency and reality;It is to nourish qi and nourish the blood in order to cure the disease and seek the root of the disease.in conclusion: Through the analysis of the data mining results of this study and an in-depth interview with Professor Liu Zhen,the clinical experience of Professor Liu Zhen in the treatment of stable coronary heart disease with angina pectoris is summarized as follows:1.Etiology and pathogenesis: This deficiency is the standard,in which the deficiency is mostly due to deficiency of heart,qi and blood,and the blood vessels are nourished to cause grief;the standard is the block of the real evil,and the blocking of the heart is painful,the real evil Mostly qi stagnation,phlegm turbidity,blood stasis,scorching fire,cold coagulation;its disease is in the heart,and is related to the five internal organs,especially the liver and spleen.closely related.2.Diagnosis and treatment ideas: take Yiqi Yangxue,five internal organs co-harmony,tonic deficiency and diarrhea as the method,to treat the disease for the root,the internal organs and the secret of Yin Ping Yang.Pay attention to benefiting qi and nourishing blood,at the same time,with "yang yin jin",play the role of nourishing the heart and the blood,smoothing the blood;when the five organs are coordinated,treat the disease with the spleen and stomach as the center,pay attention to the treatment of the heart and liver,and take into account the lung and kidney In order to make the internal organs perform their duties in harmony,when filling the deficiency and consolidating the original,pay attention to the methods of qi,phlegm,stasis,clearing heat,dissipating cold,etc.,and take samples into consideration.3.The medication characteristics of the prescription for the treatment of the disease with plaster: mainly
