At the beginning of 2020,the rapid development of COVID-19,which had never been seen before,was a great challenge to China’s ability to cope with the outbreak of major infectious diseases and the prevention and control mechanism.cause of old-age development is an inevitable trend.Epidemic prevention and control is a sudden,complex and multi-party work,health,disease control departments,emergency departments,medical institutions and ordinary people will participate in this process.Compared with the novel coronavirus pneumonia in 2003,the new generation of information technology such as Internet of things,5G technology,cloud computing and big data has provided comprehensive support for the work of SARS,including the material scheduling,epidemic monitoring,information transmission,co ordination,drug research and development,and public supervision.In the late stage of the outbreak of the epidemic,various Internet platforms generated under the new generation of information technology are more comprehensive services for the people’s lives,providing online medical,telecommuting,online education and other services for the society,and providing more possibilities for information technology to serve major public health emergencies.As one of the core of the new generation of information technology,cloud computing technology provides cloud service solutions for data processing and epidemic monitoring in the epidemic environment.This paper takes the design and research of epidemic prevention and control cloud platform as the center,takes the prevention and control process of pneumonia in Xinguan as a case,analyzes the problems existing in the whole anti epidemic process through the investigation of major epidemic prevention institutions,epidemic prevention and control experts and the public,explores the functional solutions and operation mechanism of the epidemic prevention and control platform with the support of cloud computing technology,and analyzes the development trend of the cloud epidemi,prevention platform Finally,the function and content are displayed through design practice.The main research contents are as followsThe first part,combs the theoretical basis of cloud computing technology and infectious disease epidemic prevention and control research.By sorting out the infrastructure and service mode of cloud computing technology,this paper analyzes the value of cloud computing technology,and summarizes the value of cloud computing technology from three dimensions of data management characteristics,data computing methods and operability.At the same time,it discusses the theory of epidemic prevention and control in modern China,analyzes the macro problems in the construction of epidemic prevention and control system,and explores the combination of cloud computing technology and the prevention and control of sudden infectious diseases.The second part,novel coronavirus pneumonia epidemic as an example,the whole process of prevention and control is reviewed and analyzed,combing the main functional departments involved in epidemic prevention and control,the main epidemic prevention departments as active participants,ordinary social masses as passive participants to conduct investigation and study,through telephone interviews,offline interviews,questionnaires,expert interviews,different objects were investigated.The needs and pain points in different epidemic prevention processes were analyzed based on the research object.In the third part,according to the analysis of literature and the results of epidemic prevention and control research,functional analysis method is introduced to solve the function combination of epidemic prevention scheme,and the optimal functional solution is obtained through qualitative analysis.At the same time,the information and data transmission mechanism in the process of epidemic prevention and control is studied,and on this basis,the cloud platform architecture and operation service process framework of epidemic prevention and control system are constructed,to explore and analyze the carrier implementation form of epidemic prevention and control platform.The fourth part,is the design practice of infectious disease epidemic prevention and control platform based on cloud computing technology.According to the carrier implementation form,it is practiced from three levels:the design of office system platform of main epidemic prevention functional departments,the design of embedded epidemic service applet,and the design of non intelligent user information reporting terminal to build the infectious disease epidemic prevention and control network system.This topic takes the novel coronavirus pneumonia outbreak as the design background last year,and combines the new generation of information technology"cloud computing" related theoretical research and development trend,carries out the design and research of the epidemic prevention and control system platform,and explores the possibility of cloud computing technology applied in epidemic prevention and control work.Based on the innovation of epidemic prevention work that may be brought by cloud computing,we completed the preliminary design of the relevant epidemic prevention and control platform,focused on the human response mechanism in the field of public health emergencies,improved the ability to respond to the outbreak of infectious diseases,and built the whole society joint prevention and control system.
