Clinical Observation Of Jinkui Shenqi Pills In Treatment Of Ventricular Premature Beat Of Kidney Qi Deficiency

Objective : To clarify the therapeutic effect and safety of Jinkui Shenqi Pills,on premature ventricular beats with kidney qi deficiency,with metoprolol tartrate tablets.Methods:(1)Seventy PVB patients with kidney qi deficiency were divided into two groups according to the random number table grouping method,with 35 cases in each group.(2)Comparing with the group of metoprolol tartrate tablets,The treatment group was treated with Jinkui Shenqi Pills,with metoprolol tartrate tablets,.(3)The observation indicators were the difference in 24-hour dynamic electrocardiogram(24-hour dynamic electrocardiogram 24 h DCG),PVB times,PVB Lown rating,symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine and standard deviation of NN intervals after 4 weeks.(4)Collect data and perform statistical analysis to determine the efficacy and safety of the two groups.Results:(1)In terms of PVB Lown rating,24 h DCG PVB times,syndrome score of traditional Chinese medicine(total score and single score)and standard deviation of NN intervals,there was significant difference,with before treatment.(P<0.05).(2)The treatment group was better in terms of decreasing PVB Lown rating,24 h DCG PVB times,syndrome score of traditional Chinese medicine,standard deviation of NN intervals and individual points of heart palpitations,waist and knees soreness,cold limbs,pale complexion,chest tightness,short urine,and lower limb edema(P<0.05),with the other.(3)The overall effective rates of the treatment group in terms of PVB Lown rating,24 h DCG PVB times,and total syndrome scores of traditional Chinese medicine were 80%,86%,and 94%,respectively,and were correspondingly higher than the overall effective rates of 62%,65%,and 47% in the control group(P <0.05).The effective rate of single symptom in the treatment group was better than that of the control group in terms of shortness of breath,thirsty,chest tightness,urinate,tired(P<0.05).(4)Both sets of safety indicators of HR、BP、BUN、Cr、ALT、AST are within the normal range.Conclusion :(1)Jinkui Shenqi Pills,with metoprolol tartrate tablets,has significant efficacy,in the treatment of PVB with kidney qi deficiency and no abnormal safety indicators,increases the parasympathetic tone and ventricular fibrillation threshold,and reduces the possibility of ventricular fibrillation.It has more advantages than metoprolol tartrate tablets alone and is worthy of promotion.(2)Combination medication significantly improves clinical symptoms,especially in palpitations,waist and knee weakness,cold limbs,pale complexion,chest tightness,short urine,and lower extremity edema.
