| Objective: By studying the clinical efficacy of compound cao lian oil combined with angelica yinzi in the treatment of chronic eczema with blood deficiency and wind dryness,the therapeutic effect and safety of external oil and internal prescription were objectively evaluated,and the mechanism of action of this method was preliminarily explored.Methods: Imbalance index minimum allocation principle,will be included in the study of 126 cases of chronic eczema were divided into divided into treatment group(compound herb oil joint group angelica Yin Zi flavored)31 cases,control group 1(sesame oil joint angelica group factor flavored)for the 32 cases,control group 2(angelica Yin Zi flavored group)for the 32 cases,control group 3(dryness itching capsules group)in 31 cases.Patients in the treatment group,control group 1 and control group 2 were given oral Chinese medicine modified Angelica decoction(non-decoction granules,1 dose a day,taken separately in the morning and evening).Control group 3 was given Runzao Zhiitch Capsule 4g/ time,twice a day.The skin lesions in the treatment group were treated with compound cao lian oil externally,and the skin lesions in the control group were treated with sesame oil externally.The thick skin lesions were sealed with fresh-keeping film twice a day.A total of 8 weeks of treatment,4 weeks as an observation node,12 weeks of follow-up.The scores of EASI and pruritus VAS were recorded before treatment,4 weeks after treatment,8 weeks after treatment,and the changes of serum Ig E level before and after treatment.SPSS 23.0 was used to analyze the data and compare the therapeutic effect difference between the four groups.Results: 1.There was no statistical significance in age,gender and disease course of the four groups before treatment.(P > 0.05).2.After 8 weeks of treatment,EASI score and pruritus symptoms of the four groups were improved to varying degrees,and the differences between the treatment group and the control group were statistically significant(P < 0.05).After 8 weeks of treatment,serum Ig E level in all 4 groups decreased compared with before treatment,and the difference between the treatment group and the control group was statistically significant(P > 0.05).After 8 weeks of treatment,the skin lesions(erythema,papules,epidermal exfoliation/scratch,exudation/scab,lichoriasis)of the four groups were improved,and there were statistically significant differences in erythema,papules,lichoriasis between the treatment group and the control group(P < 0.05).There was no statistical significance in peeling/scratching and exudation/scab among the four groups(P < 0.05).3.After 8 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.3%,the control group 1 was 78.1%,the control group 2 was 75%,and the control group 3 was 71%.There was statistically significant difference in the total effective rate among the four groups(P < 0.05).4.The recurrence rate of the treatment group and the control group were7.1%,16.0%,16.7% and 40.9%,respectively,and the recurrence rate of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P < 0.05).5.During the treatment,1 patient in the treatment group showed erythema and aggravation of pruritus in the skin lesions at the beginning of the treatment,which could be tolerated by continued medication,but symptoms disappeared two days later without special treatment.In control group 2,1 patient developed gastrointestinal symptoms,including nausea and loss of appetite.The patient was instructed to take medicine for half an hour after meals,and the symptoms did not appear again.The other patients had no discomfort during the treatment.Conclusion: Compound Caolian oil combined with flavored Angelica Yinzi in the treatment of chronic eczema with blood deficiency and wind dryness can significantly relieve the symptoms of skin lesions,relieve the symptoms of pruritus,and reduce serum Ig E,with obvious curative effect.Reduce the recurrence rate and have no obvious adverse reactions. |
