| Objective: By comparing the clinical effects of Fangfeng Tongsheng San Modified and Tanshinone Capsules in the treatment of wind-heat congested acne,objectively evaluate the therapeutic effect of Fangfeng Tongsheng San modified on wind-heat congested acne,and evaluate its safety and long-term efficacy.Improve the methods and ideas of TCM diagnosis and treatment of wind-heat.Methods: Select patients with wind-heat congestive acne who were treated in the Dermatology Clinic of the Affiliated Hospital of Shanxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2019 to December 2020,and collect 80 cases that meet the inclusion criteria,and each case that meets the research criteria will be treated in the order of treatment Labeling,the grouping method adopts the principle of the least distribution of unbalanced index,and is divided into experimental and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with Fangfengtongshengsan plus or minus traditional Chinese medicine granules,one dose a day,divided into morning and evening;the control group was treated with oral tanshinone capsules,1g each time,3 times a day.The course of treatment for each group was 2 weeks,with a follow-up visit once a week.The skin lesion changes,changes in symptoms and signs,and adverse reactions were observed and recorded.After 2 weeks of treatment,the total records were recorded.Statistical analysis was used to compare the efficacy and adverse effects of the two groups.For the difference in response and recurrence,the clinical efficacy of Fangfeng Tongsheng Powder in the treatment of wind-heat congested acne was objectively evaluated.Results:(1)The scores of the experimental group and the control group after treatment were statistically significant(P<0.05),and both were effective.(2)After treatment in the test group and the control group,the skin lesion scores and TCM syndrome scores were statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the two treatments have curative effects.(3)The total effective rate of the test group is 95.0%,and the total effective rate of the control group is 80.0%;the total cure rate of the test group is 32.5%,and the total cure rate of the control group is 20.0%.There is a significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(P<0.05),which shows that during the treatment of acne with wind-heat congestion,compared with tanshinone capsules,Fangfengtongshengsan has a better therapeutic effect.(4)The patients in the experimental group and the control group had no obvious adverse reactions during the drug treatment,and the safety was relatively high.(5)The recurrence rate of effective subjects in the experimental group was 5.26%,and the recurrence rate of effective subjects in the control group was 28.13%.The recurrence rate of the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group.It shows that Fangfeng Tongsheng San has a lower recurrence rate in the treatment of wind-heat congested acne,and has a more considerable long-term effect.Conclusion:(1)The curative effect of using Fangfeng Tongsheng San for the treatment of acne caused by wind-heat is better than that of Tanshinone capsules;(2)The use of Fangfeng Tongsheng San addition and subtraction for the treatment of wind-heat congested acne is effective and safe,without too many adverse reactions;(3)The use of Fangfeng Tongsheng San for the treatment of wind-heat congested acne shows a low recurrence rate of skin lesions and a considerable long-term effect. |
