Clinical Effect Of Fangfeng Tongsheng Powder Addition And Subtraction Combined With Loratadine In The Treatment Of Pediatric Allergic Rhinitis Of Pulmonary Meridian Fever Symptom

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of routine treatment of western medicine combined with Fangfeng Tongsheng Powder addition and subtraction treating lung meridian heat syndrome of allergic rhinitis in children,so as to provide new clinical ideas and better guide clinical practice.Methods : 130 patients with allergic rhinitis of lung meridian heat syndrome in pediatrics clinic of Shanxi Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine were randomly divided into treatment group(n = 65)and control group(n = 65).Patients in the treatment group was treated with oral loratadine tablets plus Fangfeng Tongsheng powder,and patients in the control group was treated with oral loratadine tablets for 4 weeks.We take the scores of clinical symptoms and signs and serum total Ig E before and after treatment as the main observation index,self-control and pairwise comparison were made before and after treatment at different time points,and combined with statistical methods to comprehensively determine the clinical efficacy and safety of routine western medicine combined with Fangfeng Tongsheng powder in the treatment of allergic rhinitis of lung meridian heat syndrome.Results:1.The baseline data of the two groups were compared(P > 0.05),so the two groups were comparable.2.After 2 weeks of treatment,compared with the two groups,the treatment group was superior to the control group in improving the total score of main symptoms and signs(P < 0.05),but there was no significant difference in improving secondary symptoms and signs(P > 0.05).Compared within the same group,it was effective in improving the main symptoms and signs and secondary symptoms and signs(P < 0.01).3.After 4 weeks of treatment,compared with the two groups,the treatment group was superior to the control group in improving the total score of primary and secondary symptoms and signs(P < 0.05),but there was no significant difference in the decrease of serum total Ig E(P > 0.05).Compared within the same group,it was effective in improving the main symptoms and signs and secondary symptoms and signs(P < 0.01).4.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 95.16%,while that of the control group was 83.33%,indicating that the total effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.The recurrence rate of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,which indicated that the treatment group was superior to the control group in stabilizing the disease in a short time.Conclusion:Fangfeng Tongsheng Powder addition and subtraction combined with loratadine in the treatment of lung meridian heat syndrome of allergic rhinitis in children has curative effect on the total score of primary and secondary symptoms and signs and can better stabilize the condition in the short term.
