The Clinical Study Of Jieyu Qingzhong Decoction On The Treatment Of Primary Bile Reflux Gastritis (Stagnancy Heat Of The Liver And Stomach Syndrome)

Objective:In this paper,we intend to observe the clinical manifestations before and after treatment,the degree,safety and long-term recurrence rate of bile reflux and gastric mucosal inflammation under gastroscope in patients with primary bile reflux gastritis of liver-stomach stagnation type treated with Jieyu Qingzhong Decoction,so as to provide objective data support for the clinical efficacy of Jieyu Qingzhong Decoction.Methods:Strictly implement the inclusion and exclusion criteria set by this study,70 patients were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group was treated with Jieyu Qingzhong Decoction(granules),and the control group was treated with magnesium aluminate tablets.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.The clinical symptom scores,endoscopic bile reflux and gastric mucosal inflammation grading data before and after treatment were truthfully filled in the case observation table.Telephone follow-up was conducted at the fourth week after the end of treatment to evaluate the long-term efficacy of the two groups.The data obtained from clinical observation were processed and analyzed by SPSS software.Results:1.Comparison of efficacy : The treatment group had obvious advantages over the control group in improving clinical symptoms,reducing bile reflux and reducing gastric mucosal inflammatory response,and the clinical effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,P<0.05;2.Comparison of clinical symptoms:the treatment group in the treatment of swelling pain,irritability,stool stagnation symptoms than the control group has great advantages,P<0.01;For stomachache,pantothenic acid,heartburn,bitter mouth,nausea and vomiting symptoms than the control group has reliable curative effect,P < 0.05;There was no significant difference between the two groups in solving clinical frequent belching symptoms,P> 0.05;3.Comparison of recurrence rates:After 4-week treatment,the number of recurrences in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group after 8-week follow-up survey,P<0.05,suggesting that the long-term efficacy of the treatment group was more prominent than that of the control group;4.Safety comparison: There were no abnormalities in each index before and aftertreatment in the two groups,and no adverse reactions occurred in the course of treatment,which confirmed that Jieyu Qingzhong Decoction was safe。Conclusion : Jieyuqingzhong Decoction is more effective than magnesium aluminate tablets in the treatment of primary bile reflux gastritis of liver-stomach stagnation type.It can not only significantly reduce or even eliminate many discomfort symptoms of patients,but also reduce bile reflux and gastric mucosal inflammation.And high safety,long-term efficacy is better than magnesium aluminum carbonate tablets,worthy of further large sample observation and application.
