| Objective:The project mainly researchs the clinical efficacy of Chaiqin Jinlian Decoction in the treatment of bile reflux gastritis with stagnant heat of the liver and stomach,and provides a basic reference for clinical traditional Chinese medicine to treat bile reflux gastritis with stagnant heat of the liver and stomach.Methods:Collect and recruit 68 patients with bile reflux gastritis of liver-stomach stagnation-heat type who accord the inclusion criteria.68 patients are randomly divided into observation group and control group.The treatment methond of Chaiqin Jinlian Decoction is the observation group.The treatment methond of western medicine is the control group,and the course of treatment lastedfor 8 weeks.Under strict safety evaluation standards,the observation group and the control group are respectively evaluated for the TCM syndrome scores,total efficacy of the disease,and The performance under gastroscopy was scored,and the results were analyzed statistically.Results:The treatment of bile reflux gastritis with Chaiqin Jinlian decoction was better than that of western medicine control group in disease curative effect,gastroscopy effect and total integral of TCM syndrome.It was better than that of control group in stomach pain,stomach distention,tongue red fur yellow or yellow greasy,noisy,weight loss,constipation,irritability and irritability(P<0.05),but in dry mouth and low food intake(P>0.05).No adverse reactions occurred in clinical observation and the safety was good.Conclusion:By observing the treatment of 30 patients with bile reflux gastritis of liver-stomach stagnation type with Chaiqin Jinlian Decoction,the clinical results show that Chaiqin Jinlian Decoction can significantly improve the symptoms and gastroscopic performance of patients compared with the control group.without any significant adverse reactions.This prescription is worthy of clinical application and promotion in the treatment of liver and stomach stagnation heat type of reflux gastritis. |
