| Objective:Discussed by stasis granule combined with lower abdomen only stre ngthen party retention enema treatment of blood stasis type of fallopian tube obstru ctive infertility patients clinical curative effect and mechanism of action before and after treatment serum IL-2、 IL-6 、TNF-a changes and tubal pregnancy rate of rate of TCM symptoms and local signs of improvement,and then summarizes a J ane and inexpensive treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and drug inspection,improve the level of the clinical treatment of the disease,better for the majority of patients with pain of body and mind.Methods:A total of 150 patients with tubal obstructive infertility who met th e inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the test group and control group 1and control group 2 with 50 patients in each group according to random number ta ble method.The experimental group received internal administration of Shaofu Zhuyu Granules combined with Tongluo Formula for retention enema,control group 1 rec eived Tongluo Formula for retention enema,and control group 2 received oral admi nistration of Shaofu Zhuyu Granules.One course of treatment was 20 days after the menstruation was clean in one menstrual cycle,and a total of 3 courses of treatm ent were taken.The changes of serum IL-2,IL-6,TNF-α and the improvement of fa llopian tube recanalization rate,pregnancy rate,TCM symptoms and local signs bef ore and after treatment were compared to evaluate the efficacy.Results:1.Before treatment,age,course of disease,infertility type,fallopian t ube lesions,TCM symptom score,local sign score,serum IL-2,IL-6,TNF-a and ot her basic data were analyzed in the three groups,and the differences were not stati stically significant but comparable(P > 0.05).2.After treatment,the patency of the fallopian tubes in the three groups was analyzed,and the total effective rates were 87.23%,51.02% and 33.33%,respectivel y,with statistical significance(P < 0.05).Moreover,the improvement of the fallopi an tubes in the treatment group was better than that in the control group 1 and co ntrol group 2,and the control group 1 was better than the control group 2.3.After treatment,the total effective rate was 93.62%,65.31% and 33.33%,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The reduction degree of TCM syndrome score in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group 1 and control group 2,and control group 1 was better t han control group 2.4.After treatment,the efficacy of local sign scores in the three groups was ev aluated,and the total effective rates were 91.49%,73.47% and 29.17%,respectively,with statistical significance(P < 0.05).Moreover,the reduction degree of local sig n scores in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control gro up 1 and control group 2,and the control group 1 was better than the control gro up 2.5.After treatment,the levels of serum IL-2,IL-6 and TNF-a in the three grou ps were statistically analyzed,and the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05).Moreover,the improvement of serum IL-2,IL-6 and TNF-a in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group 1 and control group 2,while the control group 1 was better than the control group 2.6.The pregnancy rate of the treatment group was 57.44% within half a year a fter treatment.The pregnancy rate of control group 1 was 26.53%.The pregnancy r ate of control group 2 was 4.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05).The pregnancy rate of treatment group was significantly better than that o f control group 1 and control group 2,and the pregnancy rate of control group 1was better than that of control group 2.Conclusion: 1.Shaofu Zhuyu Granule combined with Tongluo Recipe Retent ion Enema is safe and effective in the treatment of blood stasis tubal obstructive in fertility.2.The effect of Tongluo recipe alone for retention enema was better than that of internal administration of Shaofu Zhuyu granules alone.3.The curative effect of internal and external combination therapy is better tha n monotherapy,which can effectively improve the tubal recanalization rate and preg nancy rate,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application. |
