Clinical Observation Of Self-made Wenfei Zhike Recipe In The Treatment Of Cough Variant Asthma (Wind-cold Bundle Lung Syndrom)

Objective: the purpose of this study is to observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Wenfei Zhike recipe in the treatment of cough variant asthma(wind-cold bundle lung syndrome).To provide theor etical support and scientific basis for the clinical application of Wenfei Zhike recipe in the treatment of cough variant asthma(wind-cold bundle lung syndrome),and lay a solid foundation for further application.Research content: a total of 94 patients with cough variant asthma(wind-cold bundle lung syndrome)were selected from the cough clinic and the Department of Lung Diseases of the affiliated Hospital of Shanxi University of traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2019 to December 2020.accordi ng to the number of patients randomly generated by statistical software,the patients were divided into treatment group(n = 47)and control group(n = 47).The patients in the control group were treated with ketotifen fumarate tablets 1.38mg/twice a day,and the patients in the treatment group were treated with Wenfei Zhike recipe granules and 250 ml water,once a day,once in the morning and once in the evening.The course of treatment in both groups was 4 weeks.The changes of eosinophil(EOS),serum tot al Ig E(Ig E),pulmonary function(FEV1,FEV1/FVC),TCM syndrome and cough score were observed before and after treatment,and the clinical efficacy was evaluated.The results are as follows: 1.Overall effective rate: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 94.87%,and that of the control group was 64.29%.There was significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05).The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.two 。.After 4 weeks treatment,t he levels of EOS,Ig E,FEV1 and FEV1/FEC,in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P <0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the levels of EOS and Ig E in the treatment group were significantly lower than those before t reatment,while the levels of FEV1 and FEV1/FEC in the treatment group were higher than those before treatment.3.The cough scores of the two groups after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment(P < 0.05),and the cough scores of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group after 4 weeks of treatment(P < 0.05).4.After treatment,the TCM syndrome score in the treatment group was significantly lower than that before treatment(P< 0.05),while that in the control group was lower than that before treatment(P >0.05),but there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P > 0.05).There was significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P < 0.05).5.There were no obvious abnormal changes in general vital signs(body temperature,blood pressure,heart rate,pulse,respiration),three routines(blood,urine,stool routine),liver and kidney function and ECG in the two groups before and afte r treatment.There are no obvious adverse reactions and abnormal conditions in the clinical treatment,and the drugs used in this trial are in the safe range.Conclusion: this study found that Wenfei Zhike recipe in the treatment of cough variant asthma(wind-cold bundle lung syndrome),not only can effectively reduce the level of EOS,Ig E,reduce cough and other obvious uncomfortable symptoms,but also further improve FEV1,FEV1/FEC,and improve lung function;and compared with the control group,Wenfei Z hike recipe is more effective in the treatment of cough variant asthma(wind-cold bundle lung syndrome).There were no obvious adverse reactions in the course of treatment.Through the experimental study,we draw the following conclusions: Wenfei Zhike recipe is effective and safe in the treatment of cough variant asthma(wind-cold bundle lung syndrome).To provide theoretical support and scientific basis for clinical application,which is helpful to further popularize and apply.
