Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Dry Eyes Of Liver And Kidney Yin Deficiency By Ziyin Runmu Electuary

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Ziyin Runmu Electuary on dry eyes of Yin deficiency of liver and kidney.Methods:A total of 64 patients(128 eyes)with dry eyes were choosed from the TCM ophthalmology clinic of Shanxi Eye Hospital from June 2019 to December2019.According to the principle of Table of random numbers,they were divided into Chinese medicine group and control group.A total of 64 patients diagnosed as "liver-kidney Yin deficiency type" dry eye were collected,32 cases in each.The control group was treated with sodium hyaluronate eye drops,and the medicine group was given Ziyin Runmu Electuary orally for a course of 10 days,a total of 3 courses of treatment,including subjective symptoms,tear meniscus height(TMH),break-up time(BUT),fluorescein(FL)were observed in two groups before and after treatment.The expression of TLR signaling pathway TLR4,My D88,NF-k B,NLRP3 and NLRP6 were detected.Results: 1.Subjective symptoms: The comparison between the two groups before and after treatment showed a statistically significant difference(P<0.05),indicating that both the Chinese medicine group and the control group could improve the subjective symptoms of patients.The comparison between the Chinese medicine group and the control group on the improvement of subjective symptom scores showed a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).2.Tear meniscus height and Break-up time: Before treatment,there was no significant difference in TMH and BUT between the two groups compared with 10 d and 20d(P>0.05).Compared with before and after 30 days of treatment,the difference of the Chinese medicine group was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The improvement of TMH and BUT in the Chinese medicine group was better than that the control group.3.Fluorescein: Before treatment,there were no significant differences in FL between the two groups(P >0.05).FL treatment in the control group and Chinese medicine group improved significantly after 30 days of FL treatment compared with before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After 30 days of treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).FL could be improved in both groups,and there was no significant difference in efficacy.4.Serum TLR4,My D88,NF-k B,NLRP3,NLRP6: There was no apparent difference in serum TLR4,My D88,NF-k B,NLRP3,NLRP6 in the control group before and after treatment(P>0.05);There were statistically significant differences in serum TLR4,My D88 and NF-KB in the Chinese medicine group before and after treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in NLRP3 and NLRP6 in the Chinese medicine group before and after treatment(P>0.05).After 30 days of treatment,there were statistically significant differences in TLR4,My D88 and NF-k B between the Chinese medicine group and the control group(P <0.05).5.According to eye number analysis,the total effective rate of the Chinese medicine group was 76.67%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 58.33%.The total effective rate of the Chinese medicine group was higher than the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion: Sodium hyaluronate eye drops have a certain effect on improving subjective symptoms and FL.Zi Yin Run Mu Electuary showed better efficacy in improving subjective symptoms,TMH,BUT,FL,and the expression of TLR4,My D88,and NF-k B,and the treatment time of 30 days was the best.Above all,the experiment provides a new method for the treatment of dry eyes with deficiency of liver and kidney.
