objectiveThe purpose of this study is to compare and analyze the clinical efficacy of the fibrous fire needling method and surrounding acupuncture method in the treatment of pruritic skin diseases,and use relevant clinical indicators as the experimental basis to further clarify the clinical action mechanism of the fibrous fire needle and surrounding acupuncture method,and clarify the fibrous fire needle The unique advantages and clinical efficiency of treating pruritic diseases.Provide reference data for the future clinical application and promotion of acupuncture with acupuncture.methodIn this study,a total of 65 patients with pruritic skin disease were selected from the External Treatment Center of the Traditional Chinese Medicine School from March 2019 to December 2020.They were randomly assigned to the fibrous fire needle group and the surrounding needle group.The treatment focuses on areas such as local itching,pimples,dry and desquamated skin,or hypertrophic hyperplasia.The fibrillary fire needle group was used to treat the affected area with fibrillary fire needle,and the disease entered and came out without leaving the needle;the surrounding needle group received multi-level enveloping acupuncture on the affected area,and the needle was retained for 30 minutes.The whole course of treatment is 8 times,2 times a week.Observe the improvement of skin lesions and pruritus before and after the acupuncture operation in the two groups,and pay close attention to the recurrence of patients within 1 to 2 months after the end of the treatment,and perform statistical analysis in time.At the same time,the effectiveness and safety of the fibrous fire needle and surrounding acupuncture needles for the treatment of this disease were evaluated.Result(1)This study found that after 4 weeks of treatment,the related indicators(EASI scale,visual analogue score,skin disease quality of life score)of the two groups were significantly improved compared to before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).It is suggested that both the filigree needle and the surrounding needle can effectively improve the patient’s symptoms,and the clinical treatment is effective.(2)In the comparison of the area of improvement of the skin lesions,there was a statistical difference between the two within the group(P<0.05),while in the comparison between the groups,the improvement of the fibrous fire needle was significantly better than that of the surrounding needle acupuncture,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)In the relief of the degree of pruritus,there was a statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).In the comparison between the groups,the pruritus relieving ability of the Haohuo needle was significantly better than that of the surrounding needle acupuncture,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)In the comparison of the relief time of pruritus and the duration of pruritus,the speed of antipruritic acupuncture is fast and the course of treatment is shorter.(5)In the comprehensive curative effect,there is a statistical difference between the two groups within the group(P<0.05),while in the comparison between the groups,the comprehensive curative effect of the Haohuo acupuncture is significantly better than that of the surrounding acupuncture,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05)).(6)In the analysis of recurrence rate,the two are statistically significant,indicating that they can alleviate the recurrence of pruritic skin diseases to a certain extent.Conclusion Both the fibrous fire needle and the surrounding needle can effectively improve the degree of itching,skin lesions,reduce the frequency of itching and the time of itching in patients with pruritic skin diseases,and effectively improve the quality of life of the patients.Both have good clinical treatment effects,the recurrence rate of the disease after the treatment is low,and the operation safety is high,and they are worthy of further research and exploration.The best effective treatment course of Haohuo for pruritic skin diseases(this study mainly refers to three diseases:neurodermatitis,chronic eczema,and prurigo nodularis)is 4 weeks.Compared with surrounding puncture needles,The local skin lesions healed better after fibrofire needle treatment,the treatment onset time and the duration of itching were shorter,the recurrence rate was lower,the clinical effectiveness was higher,and the comprehensive curative effect was better.It is the first choice for the treatment of pruritic skin diseases.
