| Objective By observing and analyzing the clinical therapeutic effect of Bushen Huoxue Recipe orally taken + acupoint application external therapy + low molecular weight heparin + progesterone in the treatment of kidney deficiency and blood stasis recurrent miscarriage with abnormally increased uterine artery resistance,the possible mechanism of action is preliminarily explored,and it may provide treatment ideas for clinic.Methods(1)A total of 60 subjects with kidney deficiency and blood stasis type recurrent miscarriage due to abnormally increased uterine artery resistance were selected from November 2018 to November 2020 in the Department of Gynecology in the Huayuanshan District of Hubei Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine and were randomly divided into Chinese and Western medicine treatments 30 cases each in the control group and the western medicine control group;(2)The traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment group was given oral administration of Bushen Huoxue decoction + acupoint application external treatment + low molecular weight heparin + progesterone treatment;the western medicine control group was given low molecular weight heparin + progesterone treatment;(3)Treatment until pregnancy At 12 weeks,by comparing the improvement of TCM syndromes,blood HCG and progesterone,bilateral uterine artery resistance index(RI),and uterine artery peak systolic/end-diastolic velocity ratio(S/D)changes before and after treatment level and the success rate of fetal pregnancy at 12 weeks of gestation,so as to analyze its clinical efficacy.Results(1)Inclusion of cases: A total of 60 cases were collected in this study.There were 30 cases in each of the two groups.2 patients in the traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment group fell off,a total of 28 cases during the treatment period;1 patient fell out in the western medicine control group,a total of 29 patients during the treatment period example.(2)The two groups of subjects were statistically analyzed in terms of age,number of previous miscarriages,TCM syndrome scores before treatment,and the sum of RI and S/D on both sides of the uterine artery.There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups of subjects(P>0.05),comparable.(3)The scores of TCM syndromes of the two groups of subjects after treatment decreased compared with that before treatment,and it was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rates were 92.9%and 69.0%,respectively,and the TCM and western medicine treatment group in the total effective rate of TCM syndromes is significantly higher than that of Western medicine control group.(4)After treatment,the changes in blood HCG and progesterone values of the two groups of subjects at 7 weeks,8 weeks,10 weeks,and 12 weeks of gestation were statistically significant(P<0.05),and the blood HCG and progesterone values in the traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment group were significantly higher than the western medicine control group at all time points.(5)After treatment,the RI and S/D values of both uterine arteries of the two groups of subjects were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05),and the RI and S/D values of both uterine arteries in the TCM treatment group were significantly lower than those before treatment Western medicine control group.(6)After treatment,the difference in the outcome of pregnancy loss between the two groups of subjects at 12 weeks of gestation was statistically significant(P<0.05).The re-abortion rates were 7.1% and 27.6%,respectively.The re-abortion rates in the traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment group were significantly lower than the control group.(7)The difference in total clinical effective rate between the two groups of subjects after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the total clinical effective rates were 89.3% and 62.1%,respectively,and the total clinical effective rate in the experimental group of traditional Chinese and Western medicine was significantly higher than that of Western medicine control group.(8)During the treatment process,3 subjects in the treatment group had skin allergies at the acupoint application site,which improved after stopping the acupoint application.There were no other adverse reactions in the two groups of subjects.After the treatment,there were no obvious abnormalities in blood routine,liver and kidney function,electrocardiogram,urine routine,and stool routine.Conclusion The method of invigorating the kidney and promoting blood circulation(internal Chinese medicine + acupoint application external treatment)combined with dalteparin sodium and progesterone to treat recurrent miscarriage caused by kidney deficiency and blood stasis type with abnormally increased uterine artery blood flow resistance is more than just the use of western medicine.It can effectively reduce the abnormal increase in uterine artery resistance,and can significantly improve the patient’s discomfort in life,and ultimately can play a more powerful role in improving pregnancy progress and the outcome of pregnancy loss in the first trimester,and the effect is significantly better than simple Use western medicine.This experiment embodies the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine,is conducive to the wider recognition of the combination of Chinese and Western medicine,and is worthy of promotion and discussion in clinical practice. |
