Objective:To observe the effect of spasm-relieving correction acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training and conventional acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training on the balance function of patients with spastic hemiplegia after stroke, and provide a new method for clinical treatment of the disease. Methods:According to the principle of randomized control,66 inpatients with poststroke spastic hemiplegia in the rehabilitation department of Shanxi Provincial Acupuncture Hospital who met the inclusion criteria were divided into conventional acupuncture group and Antispasmodic and Correcting Hemiplegia Needling group, with 33 cases in each group. The conventional acupuncture group used conventional acupuncture combined with rehabilitation therapy, and the Antispasmodic and Correcting Hemiplegia Needling group used Antispasmodic and Correcting Hemiplegia Needling combined with rehabilitation therapy. After 6 weeks of treatment,by comparing the changes of the patients’ Berg balance scale score,Fugl-meyer score, and Barthel score before and after treatment, the clinical efficacy of balance disorders in post-stroke spasticity was evaluated, and the balance ability of the two groups of patients was compared.,Changes in lower limb motor function and ability of daily living.Results:(1)There was no statistical difference in gender, age, and course of disease between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),and they can be compared.(2)Comparison of Berg balance scale scores: Before treatment, there was no statistically significant difference in Berg balance scale scores between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).After treatment, the Berg balance scale scores of the two groups of patients were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the Berg balance scale scores of the Antispasmodic and Correcting Hemiplegia Needling group were higher than those of the conventional acupuncture group(P<0.05)(3)Comparison of Fugl-meyer scores of the lower limbs: Before treatment, there was no statistically significant difference in Fugl-meyer scores between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).After treatment, the Fugl-meyer scores of the two groups were higher than before treatment(P<0.05),and the Fugl-meyer scores of the Antispasmodic and Correcting Hemiplegia Needling group were higher than those of the conventional acupuncture group(P<0.05).(4)Comparison by modified Barthel score: Before treatment, there was no statistically significant difference in Barthel score between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).After treatment, the Barthel scores of the two groups were higher than before treatment(P<0.05),and the Barthel scores of the Antispasmodic and Correcting Hemiplegia Needling group were higher than those of the conventional acupuncture group(P<0.05).(5)Efficacy analysis and comparison: Before and after treatment, the total effective rate of patients in the antispasmodic correction group was 96.9%,respectively,and the total effective rate of patients in the ordinary acupuncture group was 81.3%,indicating that both methods can effectively treat stroke patients with spastic hemiplegia. The effective rate of the spasm correction group was higher than that of the ordinary acupuncture group.Conclusion:(1)Conventional acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training in the conventional acupuncture group and spasmodic correction acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training in the antispasmodic correction group can improve the balance function.(2)Antispasmodic and Correcting Hemiplegia Needling combined with rehabilitation training improves the balance function of patients with spastic hemiplegia after stroke is significantly better than that of conventional acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training.
