Clinical Effect Of Jianpi Xiaopi Decoction Combined With Rebamipide On Chronic Atrophic Gastritis(Spleen And Stomach Qi Deficiency Type)

Objective:The purpose of this study is to compare Jianpi Xiaopi decoction combined with Western Medicine(rebamipide)and simple western medicine(rebamipide),observe the difference of TCM symptom score,gastroscope score and pathological score before and after treatment,and further analyze the clinical efficacy and safety of Jianpi Xiaopi Decoction in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis Objective to improve the pathological changes of gastric mucosa and provide new clinical basis.Methods:Sixty-eight patients with chronic atrophic gastritis syndrome of spleen and stomach qi deficiency diagnosed by western medicine and differentiated by traditional Chinese medicine were included in the study,and they were randomly divided into two groups.The control group(n = 34)was treated with western medicine Ruibapete alone,while the treatment group was treated with Chinese medicine Jianpi Xiaopi Tang Granule combined with western medicine Ruibapete Capsule.The course of treatment was 12 weeks.Gastroscopic and pathological examinations were performed before and after treatment,and TCM symptom scores,endoscopic scores and pathological scores were recorded and analyzed before and after treatment.Results : 1.Before treatment,there was no statistical significance in gender,age,course of disease,TCM syndrome score,gastroscopy score and pathology score between the two groups(P > 0.05).2.Comparison of TCM symptom scores: Treatment group after treatment of traditional Chinese medicine the symptoms are improved,and the difference has statistical significance(P < 0.05),the control group can effectively alleviate the diagnosis the new full,the diagnosis of pain and heartburn,acid reflux disease,after dinner often new,belching,wait for a symptom,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05),but in improving food less stay,languid,loose stool pond,There was no obvious curative effect(P BBB 0 0.05).Comparison between groups: the treatment group was better than the control group in improving the symptoms of epigastric pain,epigastric pain,pasteurization,belching and loose stool(P < 0.05),but there were no significant differences in epigastric pain,tiredness,heartburn,acid reflux and postprandibular epigastric pain(P > 0.05).3.Comparison of efficacy of TCM syndromes: after treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group(91.18%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(70.59%),and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),indicating that the treatment of integrated Chinese and western medicine(the treatment group)was superior to the treatment of western medicine alone(the control group)in improving the efficacy of TCM symptoms.4.Comparison of endoscopic scores: After treatment,endoscopic scores in both groups decreased,and the improvement of mucosa under endoscopy in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P < 0.05).5.Evaluation of endoscopic efficacy: After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 82.35%,while the total effective rate of the control group was 67.65%.By rank sum test analysis,Z=0.251,P < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant,indicating that the treatment group was superior to the control group in improving the efficacy of endoscopic mucosa.6.Comparison of pathological scores: the pathological changes of gastric mucosa in the treatment group were improved after treatment(P < 0.05);The control group could effectively improve the pathological changes of gastric mucosa atrophy,intestinal metaplasia,inflammation and so on(P < 0.05),but had no significant effect on the improvement of dysplasia(P BBB 0 0.05).Comparison between groups: the treatment group was better than the control group in improving gastric mucosa atrophy,intestinal metaplasia and dysplasia(P BBB 0 0.05),and there was no significant difference in improving gastric mucosa inflammation between the two groups(P BBB 1 0.05).7.Comparison of the effects of gastric mucosal histology: the effective rate of the treatment group was 88.24%,and the effective rate of the control group was 70.59%.The improvement of gastric mucosal histology in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P < 0.05).8.Comparison of long-term efficacy: the efficacy of long-term symptoms in the treatment group was more stable than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).9.Safety comparison: During the treatment period,no obvious adverse reactions occurred in patients of the treatment group and the control group,and no abnormal safety tests were found in the electrocardiogram,three routine tests and liver and kidney function of patients before and after treatment.Conclusion:Jianpixiaopi decoction combined with Rubapate can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of chronic atrophic gastritis with spleen and stomach qi deficiency,and reverse the pathological changes of gastric mucosa atrophy,intestinal metaplasia,dysplasia and other pathological changes to a certain extent.The clinical efficacy is safe and has long-term efficacy,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
