| Purpose:Postpartum disease is a disease that women suffer from at a special physiological stage.Because of its high frequency,failure to treat and wrong treatment,it is easy to cause lingering and difficult healing,and it has been paid attention to by doctors in the past."Fu Ke Cai Zhen" was written in the Qing Dynasty.The author is a native of Daizhou,Shanxi,who has unique insights into the diagnosis and treatment of postpartum diseases.In the process of studying the book,Professor Zhang W enhong took the essence of the book and applied it to the clinic.The curative effect was quite good.Therefore,he sorted out the prescriptions for postpartum diseases in "Fu Ke Cai Zhen",explored the wisdom of the predecessors,and continued to inherit and carry forward the culture of Chinese medicine.Method:Summarize the diseases,symptoms,prescriptions,and traditional Chinese medicines in the articles of "Fu Ke Cai Zhen" Postpartum Diseases,and sort out and analyze the symptoms involved in the articles and the nature and taste of the medicines through reading books.All the data are sorted into Database,using SPSS Statistic and SPSS Modeler software to carry out frequency analysis,correlation analysis and cluster analysis of the data,mining the frequency law hidden in the data and their correlation with each other,and further reveal the author’s diagnosis and treatment thoughts and medication rules.Results:This study included 69 statistical provisions and 76 prescriptions,involving a total of 131 traditional Chinese medicines,with a frequency of 511 times.The results of frequency analysis showed that the frequency of symptoms in the provisions was highest in postpartum abdominal pain,postpartum fever,and postpartum dizziness,while the frequency of drug use was significantly different,followed by qi medicines,blood tonics,and blood-activating analgesics,of which 83 qi medicines There were 74 blood-tonifying drugs,55 blood-activating analgesics,followed by blood-activating menstrual-regulating drugs and anti-wind-cold drugs.The frequency of occurrence was 39 and 33 respectively.Through the analysis of drug ownership and drug properties,it is found that Feng’s drugs used in the treatment of postpartum diseases are often mild,mild,cold and slightly cold drugs,and they are mainly used for sweet,pungent,and bitter drugs.Most of them belong to the liver,lung,stomach and spleen meridians.After counting the number of prescriptions,it is found that the prescriptions containing 6 medicines in a single prescription in the treatment of postpartum diseases in "Fu Ke Cai Zhen" are the most,and the commonly used doses of the medicines are 3g,1.5g and 6g.After analyzing the association rules of the drugs,22 associations with a confidence of 100%are obtained,including 3 associations between two medicines,and in descending order of support,they are Chuanxiong-Angelica,Paojiang-Angelica,Paojiang-Licorice;11 three-wei medicine associations,the drug group with more than 50%support is licorice+chuanxiong-angelica;among the other eight four-wei medicine associations,the highest support is peach kernel+licorice+chuanxiong-angelica,peach kernel+chuanxiong+Angelica-licorice,and the drug group containing Angelica and Ligusticum chuanxiong have higher confidence and support.The cluster analysis found five compatibility groups,namely:peach kernel+paojiang+licorice+angelica+chuanxiong,tangerine peel+Ophiopogon japonicus,white peony root+natural ground+tuckahoe+parsnip+nepeta,ginseng+astragalus,atractylodes+Alisma+W oody.Conclusion:(1)Feng used Shenghua Decoction as the most important and basic prescription in the treatment of postpartum disease in "Fu Ke Cai Zhen".(2)"Fu Ke Cai Zhen" believes that the combination of Chuanxiong and Angelica has specificity for the treatment of postpartum diseases.(3)The basic principles of "Fu Ke Cai Zhen" in the treatment of postpartum diseases are to replenish qi and nourish blood and promote blood circulation to remove blood stasis. |
