Purpose:Through sorting out the ancient literature of gynecology in traditional Chinese medicine,this paper explores the etiology,pathogenesis,therapeutic principles and prescriptions of Chinese medicine in the treatment of late menstruation,and analyzes the medication characteristics and prescription rules of ancient doctors by using data mining methods,so as to provide more basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment of late menstruation.Methods:By searching and reading the ancient books and literalness on the treatment of late menstruation in the library,CNKI,VIP and other databases,the prescriptions recorded in them were collected and summarized,and the related traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions were statistically summarized by using Microsoft Excel 2016,and the association rules and cluster analysis were carried out by using SPSS Modeler18.0 and SPSS25.0,so as to explore the characteristics of common drugs,drug pairs and prescriptions used in the treatment of late menstruation.Results:1.Thirty-seven ancient texts related to late menstruation were obtained by screening,including 139 prescriptions involving 146 Chinese herbal medicines,of which the top ten high-frequency drugs were angelica,chuanxiong,rehmannia,peony,licorice,poria,aromatic herb,atractylodes,ginseng,and cinnamon.2.According to the analysis of the four gases of the Chinese herbs used more frequently than or equal to 10 in the treatment of late menstruation,the results showed that the most commonly used drugs were warm and flat;the five flavors of Chinese herbs appeared most frequently as sweet,pungent,and bitter drugs;the attributions of Chinese herbs were liver,spleen,heart,and kidney meridians in descending order.3.The results of the categorization of herbal medicines showed that the most frequently used herbal medicines were deficiency tonics,blood-stasis activators and qi regulators.Statistically,the most frequent formulas were used for treating blood deficiency evidence,followed by those for treating blood stasis evidence and qi and blood deficiency evidence.4.Through association rules and cluster analysis,12 core drugs were obtained as additive and subtractive formulas of bajhen tang,which mainly treats qi and blood deficiency symptoms in late menstruation;seven groups of clinically used drug pairs and two clustered formulas were additive and subtractive formulas of wenjing decoction and xiaochaihu decoction,which mainly treat blood cold and qi stagnation symptoms.Conclusion:1.In terms of medication characteristics,statistics show that tonic drugs are the main ones,while blood tonic drugs account for more than half of the tonic drugs.Most of them are warm and flat,and they are usually pungent,sweet and bitter,and mostly belong to liver,spleen,heart and kidney meridians.In effect,it is mainly to tonify qi and blood,supplemented by eliminating evil.2.Through the study of association rules and cluster analysis,it can be known that the patients in late menstruation are mainly suffering from deficiency of both qi and blood,cold pathogen and blood stasis.The treatment should be to invigorate qi and nourish blood,warm channels and dispel cold,and promote blood circulation. |
