Objective:This study aims to evaluate the specific efficacy of Qiyu Liujun Decoction in the treatment of gastrointestinal-related cancer-related fatigue of the spleen and stomach weakness through clinical observation, which will be related to the theory in the future Research and treatment methods provide new ideas. Methods: Sixty patients who met the criteria(diagnosed and included)in the oncology department of our hospital were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.Among them, the control group was mainly treated by western medicine.,The treatment group is conventional treatment + Qiyu Liujun Decoction. After 4 weeks, observe the improvement of the two groups of patients in terms of fatigue,TCM syndromes(weakness of the spleen and stomach),quality of life, and cellular immunity.Result:1.Fatigue scale score comparison: There was no difference between the treatment group and the control group in the scores(total average score)before treatment,P>0.05.The total average fatigue in the treatment group decreased significantly after treatment compared with the control group, the difference was statistically important(P<0.05).2.Fatigue Scale Comparison of efficacy: Piper fatigue treatment group and the control group, the total efficiency of 96.67% and 70.00%,respectively.The fatigue of the two groups was improved to different degrees,There were statistically significant(P <0.05)difference between the two groups fatigue, suggesting that the treatment group than the control group.3.Cassette(KPS)score: After 4 weeks of treatment, treatment and control groups of KPS total efficiency of 93.3% and 73.7%,respectively,two Karnofsky score improved in varying degrees, the test, there was statistically significant(P <0.05)differences in the efficacy of the group’s score card, suggesting that the treatment group than the control group.4.Comparison of main symptom scores of traditional Chinese medicine: After treatment, the treatment group was significantly better than the control group in the improvement of four symptoms: less food, thin stool, fatigue, abdominal distension after eating,In terms of poor appetite, poor appetite, loose stools, and fatigue,P <0.05,statistically significant differences;in terms of bloating after ingestion,P greater than 0.05,the difference was not statistically significant. It has explained the difference in terms of improving the clinical symptoms.5.Comparison of efficacy of TCM: the treatment group overall effective rate was90.00%;overall effective control group and 63.33% by the rank sum test to give P <0.05,statistically significant difference, indicating excellent clinical improvement in treatment group In the control group.6.Immune Function comparison between the two groups: the indicators are not statistically different before treatment. After 4 weeks of treatment, the test, the treatment group compared with the control group CD3 +,CD4 +,CD4 + / CD8 + 3IMMUNOLOGICAL significant difference in indices, and P <0.05,statistically significant, indicating that the treatment group was improving CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+3 immune factors are better than the control group. Conclusion:Qiyu Liujun Decoction can significantly improve the fatigue symptoms of patients with gastrointestinal-related cancer-related fatigue(spleen and stomach weakness). It also has good clinical effects on poor appetite, poor appetite, loose stools, etc.,and can improve the immune function of patients And quality of life.At the same time, its curative effect is definite, and its safety is good,so it can be studied in the next step, with a view to better clinical application.
