Clinical Effect Of Guizhi Fuling Pill On Paroxysmal Atrial Fibrillation Of Kidney Deficiency And Blood Stasis Type

Objective:Objective To observe the clinical effect of Guizhi Fuling pill in the treatment of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation(kidney deficiency and blood stasis type)and the changes of interleukin-6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factor(TNF),Objective to evaluate the clinical efficacy,safety and the impact on serum inflammatory factors,and further understand the role of serum inflammatory factors in the occurrence of atrial fibrillation,and whether traditional Chinese medicine has a certain role in the improvement of serum inflammatory factors.Methods:The 70 patients in this study were all from the outpatient and inpatient department of the Affiliated Hospital of Shanxi University of traditional Chinese medicine They were definitely diagnosed as paroxysmal atrial fibrillation by western medicine,and they were in line with palpitation,kidney deficiency and blood stasis by traditional Chinese medicine.According to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,the patients met the inclusion criteria.70 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The control group was given general treatment,metoprolol succinate sustained-release tablets(23.75mg,QD,PO)and warfarin tablets(2.5mg,QD,PO).The treatment group was given Guizhi Fuling pill(200ml,bid,PO)on the basis of the control group,The changes of clinical trial data,such as TCM symptom score,the average number of episodes of atrial fibrillation(times/month),the average duration of each episode of atrial fibrillation(hours/time),ventricular rate,serum IL-6,TNF-α and afeqt score before and after treatment were compared,And statistical analysis of the dataResults:1.The incidence of atrial fibrillation(the average number of episodes of atrial fibrillation(times/month),the average duration of each episode of atrial fibrillation(hours/time)):the average number of episodes of atrial fibrillation(times/month),the average duration of each episode of atrial fibrillation(hours/time))in the two groups during the medication period were said to have a gradual downward trend Compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant.Compared with before treatment,the eighth week in the two groups was statistically significant.The treatment group was better than the control group.2.Changes of ventricular rate during the medication:the ventricular rate of the two groups during the medication was gradually declining.After statistical analysis,there was statistical significance between the two groups in the 4th,6th and 8th week;there was statistical significance between the 8th week and before treatment in the two groups,and the treatment group was better than the control group 3.Changes of serum IL-6 and TNF-αin subjects before and after medication:After clinical observation and statistical analysis of the results,it can be found that the serum IL-6 and TNF-αof the two groups were decreased after drug treatment,and the comparison between the two groups was statistically significant.Compared with the control group,the treatment group was statistically significant after treatment,and the treatment group was better than the control group.4.Changes of TCM syndrome score before and after medication:the purpose of TCM syndrome score table is to objectively express the changes of TCM syndrome.After the observation of clinical symptoms and the statistical analysis of the results,it can be found that the TCM symptoms of the two groups were improved after drug treatment,and the treatment group was better than the control group.The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group5.Comparison of afeqt scores before and after medication:Afeqt score mainly reflects the impact of atrial fibrillation on the quality of life of patients.Through the observation of clinical symptoms and statistical analysis of the results,it can be found that the afeqt score of two groups of patients after treatment has improved,and the treatment group is better than the control groupConclusion:Guizhi Fuling pill in the treatment of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation(kidney deficiency and blood stasis type)can significantly reduce the number of attacks of atrial fibrillation,shorten the attack time of atrial fibrillation and reduce the ventricular rate,improve the symptoms of patients with traditional Chinese medicine,improve the quality of life of patients,reduce the level of serum inflammatory factors,further reduce the severity of ventricular remodeling,improve the prognosis,with high safety and no obvious side effects,It is worthy of further promotion and application in clinic,and provides a favorable clinical basis for the treatment of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation with traditional Chinese medicine.
