| Objective :To observe the clinical effect of the treatment of renal deficiency and blood stasis type atrial fibrillation combined with chronic heart failure(CHF)by the addition and reduction of Guizhi Fuling pills,and to explore the possible mechanism of action.Methods:In this study,a total of 110 patients with atrial fibrillation complicated with chronic heart failure(kidney deficiency and blood stasis type)who met the inclusion criteria were selected.All patients were from the department of heart disease(outpatient and inpatient wards)of the Affiliated Hospital of Shanxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The patients were divided into experimental group and control group by randomized and parallel control method,with 55 cases in each group.The control group was treated with the conventional treatment of atrial fibrillation and chronic heart failure by western medicine,and the experimental group was treated with the modified prescription of Guizhfuling pill on the basis of the control group.The treatment period of both groups was 8 weeks.After 8 weeks,the symptoms and signs of the two groups before and after treatment were counted,and the changes of patients’ cardiac function grade,examination data,TCM syndrome score,adverse reactions,etc.,were recorded.After all the data were recorded,SPSS26.0 statistical software was used to process the data,record the statistical results of the data and analyze the clinical significance they represented.Results : Before treatment,the basic information,observation indexes,TCM syndrome scores and other data of the two groups of patients were collected.After statistical analysis,it was concluded that the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant and comparable.After 8 weeks of treatment,the resting ventricular rate,BNP,cardiac function grade and TCM syndrome score of 2 groups were observed again,and both groups were found to be improved.Among them,the effect of the experimental group with the modified prescription of Guizhi Fuling pill was better than that of the control group.During the treatment,no stroke,acute heart failure and other dangerous events occurred in the two groups,and the safety of the trial was good.Conclusion:Guizhifu Ling pill plus/minus combined with western standard treatment can significantly improve the symptoms and signs of patients with renal deficiency and blood stasis type atrial fibrillation complicated with chronic heart failure,improve the cardiac function of patients,and reduce the resting ventricular rate and TCM syndrome score.Therefore,as long as the dialectical accuracy,Guizhifu Ling pill is one of the available prescriptions for the treatment of atrial fibrillation and chronic heart failure. |
