Objective:To study the relationship between overweight and obesity, blood pressure and blood sugar in children aged 6 to 13 in Shawan County,Xinjiang, and provide early prevention of Cardiovascular disease and diabetes. Methods:In October 2019,an epidemiological survey of 6-13 year old school-age children was conducted in a Min-Han primary school randomly selected from Shawan County,Xinjiang, and 1,500 children from Shawan County,Xinjiang randomly selected. The height, weight and blood pressure of 1,401 people were measured. The experimenter can be divided into three groups according to BMI.BMI>24.00 kg/m~2is considered to be obese,BMI of 19.85 to 24.00kg/m2 those considered overweight, and those with BMI<19.85 were considered normal.Among them, the obese group(n=102 people),the overweight group(n=242 people)and the normal group(n=1057 people). To explore the relationship between the body mass index(bmi)and children’s blood pressure and blood sugar. Results:The total overweight rate among 1041 children was 17.1%,with 695 boys and 706 girls each. The overweight detection were 16.8%and 17.2%respectively;There were 695 boys and 706 girls. The overweight rate was 16.8%and 17.2%,respectively.Overall obesity rate was 7.3%,the boy was 9.3%,the girl was 5.2%.Obesity between boys and girls have no statistically significant differences(P>0.05).Obese hypertension prevalence rate is higher than normal weight group was 4.08 times,1.75 times more likely to normal weight group of obese hypertension prevalence rate is 2.33 times of overweight.Difference has statistical significance.(P=0.000),Increase with age(P=0.000),BMI is on the rise, and BMI is associated with systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure. The incidence of hyperglycemia and hyperrecombination was 17.8%and 11.6%in the obese group. The control group 15.9%detection rate. This difference was not of lasting significance, that is,there was no correlation between BMI and blood sugar. Conclusion:Child overweight and obesity and blood pressure were positively correlated.while obesity has no correlation with BMI.Controlling Children’s BMI is the primary means of reducing hypertension in children and preventing and treating multiple system diseases in adulthood.
